Abstract

본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 슬라이드부재가 일정위치를 지나면 부드럽게 열리고 닫히도록 하는 역할을 하는 핸드폰용 탄성수단를 하나의 플라스틱 사출물로 대체할 수 있게 함으로써 부품수를 최소화 시켜 조립작업을 용이하고 핸드폰을 경량화하는데 일조할 수 있음은 물론 원가절감 효과가 있는 우수한 새로운 타입의 슬라이드식 핸드폰의 탄성부재를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

본 발명의 기술적 과제는 플라스틱 사출물로써 양쪽에 슬라이더부재와 가이드부재에 각각 회동가능하게 결합되는 힌지결합부가 형성되고 이 힌지결합부를 연결하는 중심선을 기준으로 상하로 볼록한 형태의 공간부가 형성되며 상기 공간부를 사이에 두고 폭이 중앙의 볼록한 부위에서 힌지결합부 측으로 갈수록 좁아지는 변형부에 완충공간부를 형성하여 슬라이더부재가 이동함으로써 힌지결합부사이의 거리가 짧아지면 다수의 탄력변위살이 눌려지도록 한 슬라이드식 핸드폰의 탄성부재에 의하여 달성되어진다.
