Claims (4)
- 무전극 안정기회로에 있어서,교류 전원의 전자파를 제거하는 EMI 필터회로(100)와,상기 EMI 필터회로의 출력을 정류하는 정류회로(102)와,상기 정류회로에 의하여 정류된 전원의 역률을 개선하는 역률개선회로(104)와,상기 역률개선회로(104)의 출력을 평활화하는 평활회로(106)와,상기 역률개선회로(104)로부터 전압을 유기받아 PWM IC(U2) 및 하프 브리지회로용 IC(U3)에 공급하기 위한 IC 전원 공급회로(108)와,상기 IC 전원 공급회로(108)로부터 전원을 공급받아 고주파의 구형파를 발생하기 위한 PWM 회로(110)와,상기 PWM 회로에서 출력되는 고주파를 공급받아 이와 동상의 파 및 180°위상변이된 파를 출력하는 하프 브리지회로용 IC(U3); 상기 동상의 파 및 상기 180°위상변이된 파가 트리거될 때 스위칭 동작을 각각 수행하는 한 쌍의 FET 스위칭회로(Q2, Q3)로 이루어지며 상기 평활회로의 출력단의 DC 값의 직폭을 갖고 상기 PWM 회로의 출력파의 주파수를 갖는 고주파의 구형파를 출력하는 하프 브리지회로(112)와,상기 하프 브리지 회로의 출력인 고주파 구형파를 정현파화하기 위한 콘덴서(C18) 및 인덕터(T2)를 포함하는 공진회로(116)를 포함하는무전극 안정기회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 PWM 회로는상기 PWM IC에 연결된 콘덴서(C11)에 고주파에 해당하는 사이클로서 충전 및 방전을 되풀이하도록 상기 PWM IC에 저항(R13), 저항(R14), 다이오드(D7) 및 다이오드(D8)가 연결되어 형성된 것을 그 특징으로 하는무전극 안정기 회로.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,램프에 공급되는 절점(E)에 과전류가 흐르면 상기 콘덴서(C11)가 충전되지 못하게 하여 상기 PWM 회로의 발진을 멈추게 함으로써 상기 FET(Q2, Q3)를 스위칭 OFF시키는 보호회로(114)를 추가적으로 포함하는무전극 안정기 회로.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로(114)는 상기 콘덴서(C11)과 상기 다이오드(D7) 및 상기 다이 오드(D8)을 연결하는 라인와 접지라인 사이에 연결된 제어정류기(SCR)(Q4)를 포함하여 상기 제어정류기가 과전류시 도통되게 하는 것을 그 특징으로 하는무전극 안정기 회로.
