Claims (7)
- 폐수가 담겨지기 위한 공간이 형성되고 이 공간은 좌,우 방향으로 다수개의 구역으로 분할 형성되며 이 분할된 각각의 구역들은 폐수가 유입되는 지점의 구역 바닥면이 배출되는 지점의 구역 바닥면에 비하여 높게 형성되고 이들 각각의 구역에 형성된 배수 통로들은 점차 낮은 위치에 형성되는 처리 공간들;상기 각각의 처리 공간 내부에 적재되어 폐수 중에 함유된 유기성 물질을 표면 흡착력과 이 흡착력에 의해 형성되는 미생물막을 통하여 제거하기 위한 흡착재로 사용되는 연탄재들;상기 처리 공간들의 바닥부에 설치되어 각각의 처리 공간에 담겨지는 폐수 중에 용존 산소량을 증대시키고 이 폐수가 상기 연탄재와 지속적으로 접촉하는 순환류 상태가 되도록 공기 압력에 의해 차단 또는 개방되는 탄성을 갖는 노즐홀들이 뚫려진 노즐관을 통하여 공기가 분사되면서 미세 기포를 발생하는 기포발생수단을 포함하는 연탄재를 이용한 유기폐수 처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 노즐관은, 신축성을 보유한 관체로 이루어지며, 이 관체의 관 길이방향 및 원주방향으로 무수한 노즐홀들이 이격 형성되고, 이 무수한 노즐홀들은 기포 발생을 위한 공기 압력에 의해 통로가 수축 가능하게 확장되면서 개방 또는 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연탄재를 이용한 유기폐수 처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 노즐관은, 상기 각각의 처리 공간의 바닥면에서 적어도 1열 이상이 직관 또는 곡관 형태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연탄재를 이용한 유기폐수 처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 미세 기포는, 기포의 직경이 1㎜ 이하의 입자 크기범위내로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연탄재를 이용한 유기폐수 처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 압력 공기는, 공기의 공급 구간 상에서 공기 분자들이 서로 충돌하거나 히터에 의해 온도가 상승된 상태로 상기 노즐관을 통하여 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연탄재를 이용한 유기폐수 처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 연탄재를 이용한 유기폐수 처리장치는, 상기 각각의 처리 공간들 위쪽에 배치되어 이 처리 공간들 내부에 채광이 가능하도록 설치되는 채광판을 더 포함하는 연탄재를 이용한 유기폐수 처리장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 채광판은, 빛이 투과될 수 있는 투명 또는 반투명한 고강도 합성수지판이나 강화 유리판이 사용되는 연탄재를 이용한 유기폐수 처리장치.
