Description
The present invention relates to a cellulose clay having fluidity, which can be machined, molded, and molded into various shapes with hands or assistive devices, and is cured at room temperature after molding, and has a wood-like texture after curing. More than 45% by weight of the solid component is made of cellulose as the main component, and the hardened sculptures and workpieces have a wood-like texture, and the hardened sculptures have the same properties as wood when working with woodworking tools such as carving knives. The present invention relates to a cellulose clay that can be applied to a manufactured sculpture as it is, so that a work such as a wood craft can be easily produced.
Cellulose, the main component of trees and grasses, is an eco-friendly material, and it is not only a material that should be widely dealt with in terms of preventing environmental pollution in modern times when various artificial materials such as plastics are prevalent. Natural materials and materials that give a texture thereof are also preferred in articles, materials, and building structures. In the cellulose clay of the present invention, by using a cellulose material as a main component of clay, the molding or molding made therewith gives a wood-like feel, texture, and texture, and may add various scented ingredients, but do not add them. Poems give off the smell of trees and grass.
In addition, even when working hardened sculptures with woodworking tools such as carving knives, it exhibits the same texture as processing wood, and it is also possible to add color to the cellulose clay of the present invention, and to paint and paint the same as the sculptures. You can do it the way you do.
Wood is an excellent material that has been done with humans for a long time, but it is heavy and has troublesome disadvantages because it undergoes various hard work during molding and molding. In the cellulose clay of the present invention, the finely divided cellulose is used as the main component, which makes it possible to reduce the weight while being a sculpture giving the texture of wood. For example, wood flour that has been micronized and dried to pass through a 50 mesh sieve has a BULK DENSITY of less than 50% relative to the original wood. When the cellulose clay of the present invention is made with this, the weight of the cured sculptures is different depending on the composition used, but has a weight of 40 to 80% compared to the wood sculptures of the same material and shape, thereby making it lighter. Therefore, like other clays, it is possible to work, molding, or molding in various shapes with hands or assistive devices, or the like, and gives a texture such as wood after hardening, thereby making it possible to easily produce lightweight wood crafts.
In addition, the present invention can be used in a variety of work using the clay because the cellulose clay is free to work, free molding and molding, as well as environmentally friendly materials can give the educational meaning to children and teenagers. .
Soil clay, rubber clay and paraffin have been widely used as molding and working materials for a long time, but they have poor workability (molding), and materials have a problem in their hands or in the shape of the molding.
In order to improve such a problem, Korean Patent Nos. 0231408 and 0361019, etc., suggest starch clay mixed with starch and wax or starch and oil, but starch clay does not harden and is repeatedly processed several times. There is a possible advantage is suitable as a learning material or a toy material, but there was a problem that is not suitable for producing a cured sculpture because it is not hardened well.
Meanwhile, Korean Patent Application No. 1996-0011342 proposes a vinyl chloride-based clay, and Korean Patent Application Publication No. 2003-0047136 proposes a polyvinyl alcohol-based clay, and Korean Patent Registration No. 0435856 discloses polyacrylonitrile. Nitrile clays are proposed.
However, the polymer clay has a problem that the cured composition is not elastic or environmentally friendly, and exhibits textures such as rubber and plastic. In particular, in the case of polyvinyl chloride-based clay, there was also a problem that is harmful due to the plasticizer used to give plasticity.
In order to solve these problems, the present invention is fluid, and can be machined, molded, and molded into various shapes with hands or assistive devices, and is cured at room temperature after molding, and exhibits a wood-like texture after curing. It is intended to provide cellulose clay.
In addition, the present invention is to provide a cellulose clay having a much lighter weight than wood while showing a wood-like texture as an environmentally friendly material without harmful.
In addition, the present invention is to provide a cellulose clay capable of painting work, such as wood does not bury the material well in the hand during work or molding work.
Cellulose clay of the present invention for achieving such a problem, (i) 45 to 93.5% by weight of the material, the main component is cellulose, 1 to 25% by weight of inorganic particles, 5 to 25% by weight of the binder resin and 0.5 to 5% by weight of the additive additive 30 to 70% by weight of the solid component consisting of% and (ii) at least 80% by weight of the total component is characterized by consisting of 70 to 30% by weight of the flow component consisting of the components volatilized at room temperature.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The solid component is a component that remains in the molding even after the molded article manufactured by using the cellulose clay of the present invention is cured. Therefore, each component constituting the solid component is very important, and thus, the characteristics of the cured molding are also determined. have. When the solid content is more than 70% by weight, the fluidity, workability and molding, such as clay, are significantly lowered. When the solid content is less than 30% by weight, the hardening of the clay is considerably slowed, and the hardening of the molding or molding is caused. Therefore, the solid component is used in the range of 30 to 70% by weight.
In order that the cellulose clay of the present invention exhibits excellent fluidity, molding, workability and the like and prevents the molding from cracking or deformation during curing, the solid component in the clay is sufficiently wetted, dispersed, emulsified, swelled or dissolved in the flowable component. It must be present. To this end, the solid component that does not dissolve in the flow component should be prepared before being finely divided to a suitable size or less in advance, the corresponding components are cellulose, inorganic particles, auxiliary additives and the like as the main component. Sufficient wetting and dispersion can be achieved only when the size of the fine powder is less than or equal to the size passing through the 50 mesh body.
In this way, the solid component is composed of components that pass through the 50 mesh body or are dissolved in the fluid component.
The solid component is composed of 45 ~ 93.5% by weight of the main component cellulose, 1 ~ 25% by weight of inorganic particles, 5 ~ 25% by weight of binder resin and 0.5 ~ 5% by weight of auxiliary additives.
At least one selected from the group consisting of wood flour, sawdust, vinegar, cellulose fiber, and cellulose derivatives as the main component of the cellulose is the cellulose main material to give a texture and handleability such as wood after molding which is the most characteristic feature of the cellulose clay of the present invention. 45 to 93.5% by weight of the substance or two or more mixtures is used. The use of less than 45% by weight significantly reduces the texture of the wood, while the use of more than 93.5% by weight reduces the amount of other solids used, making it difficult to clay.
Wood flour, sawdust, vinegar, cellulose fiber, cellulose derivative, etc. can be used as a cellulose main component material, There is no restriction | limiting in the kind of the tree and a plant used as these raw materials. In particular, wood flour generated from sawmills, woodworks or waste wood treatment is an excellent material from the viewpoint of resource saving and recycling, and is also suitable for the cellulose clay of the present invention. The particles to be used may be amorphous or have other shapes. However, the particles to be used may be micronized to a size that passes through 50 mesh bodies.
As the inorganic particles, 1 to 25% by weight of one particle or a mixture of two or more selected from the group consisting of loess, stone powder, sand, clay, talc, calcium carbonate, titanium oxide and silica is used. Inorganic particles improve the mixing and dispersibility of clay, and are used to prevent roughening of the sculpture when the particle size of the material whose main component is cellulose is rather large. In order to improve the mixing and dispersibility, it is preferable to use ocher, stone powder, sand, clay, and the like, and to prevent roughening of the molding, it is preferable to use talc, calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, silica, and the like. When less than 1% by weight of clay mixing and roughness of the sculpture is poor, when more than 25% by weight of the wood texture of the sculpture is greatly reduced.
The binder resin is one resin selected from the group consisting of water-soluble polyesters, polyvinyl alcohols, polyacrylic acids, polyacrylamides, polyalkylacrylates, water-soluble polyurethanes, polyethylene vinyl acetates, polyethylene vinyl alcohols, and polyalkylene oxides. Or 5-25 weight% of 2 or more types of mixtures are used. Binder resins are used to increase the elasticity and workability of clays and to control the viscosity in clay mixing and to improve the physical properties of cured moldings. If it is less than 5% by weight, the clay loses its elasticity and hardly aggregates, and the cured sculptures are easily broken. If it exceeds 25% by weight, the wood texture of the clay is degraded. Since the cellulose clay of the present invention maximizes the amount of the material whose main component is cellulose in order to improve the texture and handling of wood, the binder resin is a suitable molecule among water-soluble resins that can be dissolved in the fluid component in order to effectively bind the whole clay component. It should be chosen to have structure and molecular weight. Preferably, water-soluble polyester, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene oxide, or the like may be used alone or in combination.
As auxiliary additives, 0.5 to 5% by weight of one compound or a mixture of two or more selected from the group consisting of pigments, dyes, perfumes, fragrances, starches, surfactants, inorganic acid salts, organic acid salts, preservatives and PH regulators is used. . Pigments, dyes, paints, fragrances, etc., are used to impart color and scent to clays. Preservatives are used to prevent rot. Starches and surfactants are used to improve the mixing and dispersibility of clays. Acid salts and PH regulators are used in appropriate amounts depending on their composition for the purpose of controlling the viscosity of the resin in the clay.
The fluid component consists of water, alcohols, oils, waxes and the like for imparting fluidity, molding and workability of the clay.
If the flow component is less than 30% by weight, the fluidity, molding, workability, etc., such as clay is significantly lowered. If the flowable component is more than 70% by weight, the curing of the clay is considerably slowed, and when cured, it causes deformation of the molding or the molding. It is characterized by using 70 to 30% by weight of the total clay. At least 80% by weight of the flow component must be a component that volatilizes at room temperature in order to allow room temperature curing of the sculpture. Water and alcohol are used as the volatile components at room temperature.
Oil and wax are used to control the fluidity and sticking properties of clay, and the type can be used without limitations such as animal, vegetable, petroleum. Preferably, as long as there is no problem in resin solubility or clay properties, the flow component is 80% by weight or more, and alcohol, oil, wax and the like are used in an appropriate amount within 20% by weight as necessary.
The cellulose clay of the present invention configured as described above may be made through mixing and kneading as in the general clay process. Preferably, the solid component dissolved in the flow component is prepared by first dissolving the mixture, and then mixing and kneading the remaining solid component.
