Claims (6)
- 오일 내에서 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 125~135℃로 가열하여 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 용융시키는 단계(단계 1);가열하여 얻어진 용융상태의 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌에 방사선을 조사하는 단계(단계 2)를 포함하는 것으로 이루어진 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌의 가공방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌이 중량평균분자량 3,000,000∼9,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 오일이 실리콘 오일; 콩유 및 올리브유로 이루어진 그룹 중 선택된 식용오일; 또는 인체무해 합성 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방사선이 감마선 또는 전자선인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방사선 조사량이 100∼500 kGy인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공방법.
