시험예 1Test Example 1

염착성을 시험하기 위하여 조성물을 길이 18cm, 무게 2g의 금발에 바르고 25 분이 경과한 후 시판되는 샴푸를 이용하여 흐르는 물에 씻어낸 다음, 바람으로 건조시켰다. 다음, 염색한 모발과 미처리 모발과의 색차(ΔE)를 분광광도 색차계를 이용하여 측정하였다. 색차가 클수록 모발염색제의 염착성이 큰 것을 나타낸다. 또한 착색된 색소의 염색 견뢰도를 평가하기 위하여 상기와 같이 염색된 모발을 땀성분과 유사한 산성용액에 담구어 일정시간이 경과한 후 그 변색정도를 관찰하였다. 표1에 나타낸 바와 같이 염착성, 염색 견뢰도 및 모발 컨디셔닝 효과는 피피지키토산이 함유된 실시예 1∼5에서 우수하였다. 이는 실시예 1∼5에서 사용된 피피지키토산에는 유동성이 있는 폴리프로필렌글리콜기가 붙어있어 유기용매에 대한 용해도가 좋고, 염료의 모발에의 침투, 확산에 방해가 되지 않으며, 음이온성 물질, 식물추출물, 단백질과의 콤플렉스 형성을 막아주기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 상기한 조성의 실시예 6, 7 및 비교예 7∼9에 대하여 시험예 1과 같은 방법으로 염착성, 염색 견뢰도 및 모발 컨디셔닝 효과를 측정하였다. 염착성, 염색 견뢰도 및 모발 컨디셔닝 효과는 제2제제에 피피지키토산을 함유한 실시예 6 및 7에서 양호하게 나타났다. 그 결과를 하기 표 4에 나타내었다. 상기한 조성의 실시예 8∼10 및 비교예 10∼13에 대하여 시험예 1과 동일한 방법으로 염착성, 염색 견뢰도 및 모발 컨디셔닝 효과를 측정하였다. 염색된 모발에서의 염착성, 염색 견뢰도 및 모발 컨디셔닝 효과는 피피지키토산을 함유한 실시예 8∼10에서 가장 우수하게 나타났다. 그 결과를 하기 표 6에 나타내었다.
