Claims (3)
- 디지타이저를 갖춘 LCD에서 디지타이저 펜의 위치좌표를 측정하기 위한 방법에 있어서,RF신호 발생부에서 디지타이저 펜의 위치를 측정하는데 필요한 제 1 주파수를 생성하고, 상기 제 1 주파수를 RF신호 송신부로 전달하는 단계;상기 RF신호 송신부에서 상기 제 1 주파수를 디지타이저 펜과 상기 위상 검출부로 전송하는 단계;상기 디지타이저 펜에서 제 2 주파수를 RF 신호 수신부로 전송하는 단계;상기 RF신호 수신부가 상기 제 2 주파수를 상기 위상 검출부로 전송하는 단계;상기 위상 검출부에서 상기 제 1 주파수와 제 2 주파수의 위상차를 검출하여, PWM 발생부를 통해 상기 위상차를 PWM 파형으로 발생하는 단계;상기 PWM 파형을 이용하여 전압값을 산출한 후, 상기 전압값을 시스템에 위치한 위치 검출부로 전달하는 단계; 및상기 위치 검출부에서 상기 전압값을 통해 상기 디지타이저 펜의 위치좌표를 측정하는 단계;를 포함하며,상기 RF신호 발생부, RF신호 송신부, 위상 검출부, RF신호 수신부 및 위치 검출부가 상기 LCD의 인쇄회로기판에 내장된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지타이저를 갖춘 LCD에서 디지타이저 펜의 위치좌표를 측정하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 RF신호 송신부 및 RF신호 수신부는, 상기 LCD의 하부 어레이기판 가장자리에 형성된 안테나를 통해 상기 디지타이저 펜과 제 1 및 제 2 주파수를 송수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 주파수는 상기 제 1 주파수가 상기 디지타이저 펜에 반사된 주파수인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
