Claims (8)
- 나권형 분리막 모듈을 제조함에 있어서,강도를 부여하는 성분의 재질은 폴리아마이드, 폴리에스터, 폴리올레핀계의 고분자 중 어느 하나로 하고, 친수성 및 접착성분을 동시에 갖는 재질은 폴리아마이드, 폴리우레탄계 고분자 중 어느 하나로 된 컨쥬게이트 섬유를 원사로 하여 제편기에서 트리코트 조직으로 제편하고, 이를 히트 셋터(heat setter)에서 열처리한 편물을 투과수유로에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나권형 분리막 모듈 제조 방법

- 제1항에 있어서, 컨쥬게이트 섬유의 구성은 강도를 부여하는 성분과 친수성 및 접착성분의 조합으로 폴리에스터와 폴리아마이드, 폴리아마이드와 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리에스터와 폴리우레탄 조합을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 나권형 분리막 모듈 제조 방법
- 제4항에 있어서, 컨쥬게이트 섬유의 구성에서 친수성 및 접착성분을 갖는 재질의 함량이 표면의 10%이상 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 나권형 분리막 모듈 제조 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 원사는 20~150데니어(denier)의 섬도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 나권형 분리막 모듈 제조 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 제편된 편물의 조직밀도는 인치당 20~80웨일(Wales)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 나권형 분리막 모듈 제조 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 제편된 편물의 후도는 100~400um를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 나권형 분리막 모듈 제조 방법
