Claims (5)
- TDMA(time division multiple access) 방식 이동통신단말기의 송수신 장치에 있어서,안테나를 통해 송신할 신호를 변조하고 증폭하는 송신부와,상기 송수신 장치가 수신 동작시에는 안테나를 통해 수신되는 신호를 복조하며, 상기 송수신 장치가 송신 동작시에는 피드백부를 통해 입력되는 상기 송신부의 출력 신호를 복조하는 수신부와,상기 송신부의 출력 신호를 상기 수신부의 입력단에 결합시키고 상기 수신부의 출력 신호를 상기 송신부의 입력단으로 결합시켜, 상기 송신부 동작시 송신 신호를 상기 수신부를 통해 피드백하여 선형화하기 위한 상기 피드백부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송수신 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수신부는,안테나를 통해 수신되는 신호를 수신 주파수 대역 필터링하는 대역통과 필터와,상기 대역 통화 필터의 출력을 증폭하는 저잡음 증폭기와,상기 저잡음 증폭기의 출력을 복조하는 복조기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송수신 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 송신부는,안테나를 통해 송신할 신호를 변조하는 변조기와,상기 변조기의 출력을 전력 증폭하는 전력 증폭기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송수신 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피드백부는,상기 송신부의 전력 증폭기로부터의 출력을 상기 피드백시키기 위한 방향성 결합기와,상기 방향성 결합기의 출력을 송신 주파수 대역 필터링하기 위한 대역통과 필터와,상기 대역 통과 필터링된 신호를 위상 조정하여 상기 수신부의 저잡음 증폭기의 입력단으로 출력하는 위상 변위기와,상기 복조기의 출력 신호 및 상기 안테나를 통해 송신할 신호를 비교하기 위한 비교기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송수신 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 TDMA 방식 이동통신단말기가 이중 밴드에서 동작하는 경우 상기 피드백부는,상기 송신부의 각 대역의 전력 증폭기로부터의 신호를 피드백시키기 위한 2개의 방향성 결합기와,상기 방향성 결합기로부터의 신호를 각각 필터링하기 위한 2개의 대역통과 필터와,상기 2개의 대역통과 필터로부터의 출력중 하나를 선택하기 위한 아날로그 스위치와,상기 아날로그 스위치에 의해 연결된 대역 통과 필터로부터의 신호를 위상 조정하여 출력하는 위상 변위기와,상기 이중 밴드에서 동작 가능하고 상기 위상 변위기로부터의 신호를 증폭하여 상기 수신부의 복조기에 출력하는 저잡음 증폭기와,상기 복조기의 출력 신호 및 상기 안테나를 통해 송신할 신호를 비교하기 위한 비교기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송수신 장치.
