- 하기의 화학식 1의 화합물 또는 그 수화물을 수용액 상에서 NaBH4로 환원하여 연자성 전이금속 나노입자를 제조하는 단계;[화학식 1]MaXbM은 Fe, Co 또는 Ni로부터 선택되고, X는 O2CR, 아세틸아세토네이토, Cl, Br, NO3, SO4, PO4, ClO4로부터 선택되며, R은 메틸, 에틸, i-프로필 또는 t-부틸로부터 선택되며, a는 1 또는 2이고, b는 2 또는 3이다.상기 단계에서 제조된 연자성 전이금속 나노입자와 유기 지르코늄, 유기 하프늄 또는 유기 희토류 금속으로부터 선택되는 세라믹 전구체를 불활성 기체 조건하에서 유기용매 중에 가수분해 반응을 시켜 지르코늄, 하프늄 또는 희토류 금속의 산화물로 코팅된 세라믹 절연층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 세라믹 절연층을 형성하는 단계 이후에 수소 하에서 400 내지 600℃로 어닐링하는 단계;를 포함하는 코어/쉘 구조의 연자성 나노분말을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,세라믹 코팅 전구체는 지르코늄 알콕사이드, 하프늄 알콕사이드 또는 히토류 금속 알콕사이드로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 연자성 나노분말을 제조하는 방법.
