The present invention relates to the repair of various ceramic dewatering blades used in wetland formation and pressurized dewatering parts of the papermaking process in the papermaking process. The present invention relates to a repair method for a ceramic dewatering blade for firmly bonding a support to the support, and a repair structure thereof.
Figure 1 shows the arrangement and contact state of the dehydrator and the
When the flow of the papermaking process is outlined, the paper material in the slurry state is ejected onto the
These dehydrators are of various types, such as forming board box for the purpose of supporting the wire (1) and natural dewatering, hydrofoil box for suction dehydration by angle, changed foil box for vacuum dewatering, suction box, etc. It is composed.
And these dehydrators are slightly different in shape and role, but as shown in FIG. 1, a rail-
The dewatering
In the case of the ceramic material as described above, it has very excellent characteristics such as high wear resistance and low surface roughness, but because of its brittleness, difficulty in processing, and high price, it has one length corresponding to the width of paper machine (2 ~ 10M). It is almost impossible to make it in units.
Therefore, as shown in Figure 3 using a material such as FRP (Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic) to produce a
In the case of the
However, when the
If this phenomenon occurs, the wear and scratches of the wire (1) occurs and the dehydration effect is reduced, so that the paper quality produced is reduced, so that the damaged ceramic segment (4) must be repaired or replaced immediately.
However, even when the damaged
Therefore, in the present invention was devised to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to firstly, the bonding force is weakened due to the expansion and deterioration of the adhesive, and thereby preventing the occurrence of steps and dropping phenomenon between the ceramic segments, the wire by Fast wear and reduce the occurrence of cuts,
Secondly, it is possible to extend the service life of the ceramic segment and the life of the product, contributing to the saving of the cost of maintenance and the productivity improvement of the stable use,
Third, since there is no shaking of the ceramic segment, it is to facilitate the regrinding of the ceramic surface.
The configuration of the present invention for this purpose is characterized in that the lower portion of the ceramic segment and the upper portion of the support are bonded to each other using a physical structure such as bolts, rather than the conventional adhesive.
3 to 4 show a method suitable for repairing a ceramic dewatering blade having a wide width (25 mm or more) as a first embodiment of the present invention.
In this case, the
The
On the other hand, the portion of the segment groove (10a) and the metal plate 111 is in contact with the
The
5 to 6 show a suitable method for repairing a ceramic dewatering blade having a narrow width (25 mm or less) as a second embodiment of the present invention.
In this case, a segment groove 20a having an inverted trapezoidal cross-section having a shape corresponding to the head of the
On the other hand, the portion of the segment groove (20a) and the head portion of the
It should be noted that the repairing method of the ceramic dewatering blade is applicable to all paper dewatering blades manufactured by the combination of the
As described above, the ceramic segment repaired according to the present invention does not cause a problem of weakening of the bonding force due to deterioration or expansion of the adhesive, unlike the repairing method using the conventional adhesive, resulting in a step difference and dropout phenomenon between the ceramic segments. Can be greatly reduced.
Therefore, the service life of the ceramic dehydrator is increased, as well as the regrinding is easy, and there is a great effect to increase the service life of the wire and to reduce the occurrence of scratches.
In addition, this effect can stably produce paper of the same quality, and has an effect that can greatly contribute to the reduction of expenses required for maintenance and repair.
