Abstract

본 발명은 순간적으로 팁을 배럴의 전방단부로부터 돌출시키고 후퇴시키도록, 장전된 후방위치로부터 방출할 수 있는 방식으로 장착된 란셋 스프링(3)을 포함하고, 상기 란셋은 배럴(1)의 전방단부 내의 구멍을 통하여 외부로 돌출시키는 트리거(trigger)와 일체로 형성되고 배럴 내 트리거(6)와 란셋사이에서 전단변형될 수 있는 브리지를 가지며, 제조시 상기 배럴은 구멍을 형성하고 트리거를 고정하기 위해 란셋(2)주위에서 차단되고 스프링수단의 장전상태와 브리지를 전단 변형시키고 란셋을 방출하는 트리거의 작용을 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하며 상기 란셋은 바늘을 다시 배출시키지 않으며 프릭커가 폐기될 수 있게 한다.

Description

개선된 스킨 프릭커{skin pricker}
본 발명은 분석을 위해 피부에서 작은 핏방울을 인출하는 스킨 프릭커에 관한 것이다.
이것은 끝이 살갗을 관통하여 한번 사용된 란셋(lancet)뿐만 아니고 전체장치를 포함한 란셋이 사용후 폐기될 수 있을 정도로 값싸게 발전되어 왔다.
상술한 폐기에 따른 손실은 때로 사용된 란셋으로부터 감염의 위험을 제거한다는 점에서는 인정할 만 하다. 상기 일회용 장치는 팁이 순간적으로 돌출한후 란셋이 후퇴하고 그러한 사용 후 란셋에서 서로 접촉하는 것이 불가능하게 설계되어 있다.
그러나, 연장을 사용함으로써 상기 목적은 언제나 달성되지는 않는다. 예를들면 때때로, 란셋이 갈아끼워질 수 있다. 상기 장치의 설계에서 직면하는 다른 문제점은 최소 수의 제조 및 조립부분으로도 가능하도록 단순하게 만들어져야 한다는 것이다. 만약 상기 장치가 한번 사용 후에 폐기된다면 너무 복잡한 것은 비용이 많이 들기 때문에 바람직하지 못하다.
본 발명의 목적은 한번사용 후에 버려질 수 있고 매우 단순한 구조를 가지며 쉽게 붕괴되고 사용 후 란셋이 서로 접촉하지 않는 스킨 프릭커를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 출원인의 특허출원 제 GB 제 98/01237호에서, 상술한 목적을 만족하는 스킨 프릭커링 장치가 제안된 바 있다.
이것은 순간적으로 팁을 배럴의 전방단부로부터 돌출시키고 후퇴시키도록 장전되는 후방위치로부터 방출할 수 있는 란셋을 장착한 스프링을 가지는 배럴을 포함한다.
란셋을 장전하고 방출하는 수단은 란셋으로부터 배럴내의 세로슬롯을 통하여 가로로 돌출시키는 요소와 연결되며 상기 요소는 슬롯의 후방단부에서 이것을 유지하는 고리형태가 변형되는 것을 막을 수 있도록 유연성을 가지며 이에따라 란셋이 방출되는 것을 막는다.
또한, 상기 장치는 주입단계를 없앰으로써 사용이 간편하다.
본 발명에 따르면, 순간적으로 팁을 배럴의 전방단부로부터 돌출시키고 후퇴시키도록, 장전된 후방위치로부터 방출할 수 있는 방식으로 장착된 란셋 스프링을 포함하는 스킨 프릭커가 제공된다.
상기 란셋은 배럴의 전방단부 내의 구멍을 통하여 외부로 돌출시키는 트리거(trigger)와 일체로 형성되고 배럴 내 트리거와 란셋사이에서 전단변형될 수 있는 브리지를 가진다.
제조시 상기 배럴은 구멍을 형성하고 트리거를 고정하기 위해 란셋주위에서 차단되고 스프링수단의 장전상태와 브리지를 전단 변형시키고 란셋을 방출하는 트 리거의 작용을 고정시킨다.
상기 구멍과 트리거는 란셋으로부터 변형된 후 상기 트리거가 배럴에 고정되도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하며 트리거의 외부로 돌출하는 단부가 배럴이 전방단부를 향하여 회전하도록 동작되게 설계되는 것이 편리하다.
트리거가 지지되는 구멍의 벽은 지레받침과 이에 따라 달성되는 지레작용을 제공하고 브리지(지레받침에 매우 근접함)의 전단변형을 쉽게 한다.
상기 란셋 팁은 배럴을 향하여 노출된 단부를 가지는 캡으로 둘러싸여 있다. 사용시, 이것은 뒤틀려져서 바늘 팁이 뿌리부분에서 좁은 목부분이 변형될 수 있다.
상기 배럴은 일체로 성형되며 두 개의 일반적인 반원통형인 부분으로 만들어지며 직경평면내에서 서로 결합되어 접혀진다. 상기 배럴은 적어도 란셋에서 돌출하는 부분이 슬라이드될 수 있으나 란셋이 회전하는 것은 막는 하나의 일체형 세로 채널을 형성할 수 있어 유리하다.
본 발명의 이해를 위해 한 실시예가 도면을 참조하여 서술된다.

도 1 내지 도 4의 스킨 프릭커는 두 부분의 배럴을 가지는데 두 부분 1A, 1B는 일반적으로 반원통형으로 이루어져 있으며, 란셋(2)과 코일 스프링(3)을 내장하고 있다. 상기 란셋은 머리부분이 상기 배럴(1)의 전방단부에서 제 1 구멍(12)을 통하여 돌출하는 연장 캡(5)으로 둘러 싸여있다.
상기 란셋(2)의 플라스틱 몸체는 그 후방단부에 일체로 형성된 트리거(6)를 가지며 이 트리거(6)는 일반적으로 배럴의 부분(1A,1B)에서 형성된 두 차단부(cut-outs)에 동시에 접하고 제 2 구멍(7)을 통하여 방사상으로 연장되고, 얇은 브리지(8)에 의해 란셋 몸체에 연결된다.
제 2 구멍(7)을 형성하는 배럴 몸체의 전방측부는 트리거가 회전할 수 있는 주위에 지레받침(9)이 형성된다.
상기 트리거는 그 내측단부(11)가 연장되고 제 2 구멍(7)을 통과할 수 있는 허리부(10)를 가진다. 본 스킨 프릭커는 도 2에 도시된 압축되는 스프링(3)과 후퇴되는 란셋(2)과 같은 요소로 조립된다.
사용을 위해, 캡(5)은 상술한 방법으로 뒤틀려진다. 란셋은 트리거(6)가 제 2 구멍(7)에 고정되어 있기 때문에 회전하지 않고 고정된다. 구멍을 가진 배럴의 전방단부는 피부에 대향하여 위치하고 사용자는 트리거(6)의 단부를 전방으로 돌출시켜 가압한다.
트리거가 지레받침 주위를 회전하면, 얇은 브리지(10)가 전방변형하고 란셋이 방출되어 도 3의 위치로 투사됨에 따라 연장되어 피부내로 바늘 팁이 돌출한다.
상기 돌출은 순간적으로 일어나며, 스프링(3)으로 고정된 란셋(2)은 스프링이 회복위치로 복귀할 때, 도 4의 위치로 뒤로 당겨지고 바늘팁이 배럴내부에 안전하게 들어간다.
도 5에 도시된 장치에서, 도 1 내지 도 5에 도시된 실시예와 동일한 부분은 동일한 참조번호로 도시되어 있다. 배럴 1A와 1B의 두 부분은 연결 힌지(13)를 형성하도록 일체로 성형되어 있고 란셋상의 돌출부(15)가 슬라이드될 수 있는 채널이 결합되어 있다.
이것은 얇은 브리지(8)가 전단변형되는 경우 바늘이 너무 일찍 나오게 되도록 캡(5)이 해제되었을 때, 란셋이 회전하지 않도록 한다.
스킨 프릭커는 트리거(6)의 돌출단부를 배럴의 전방단부를 향하여 가압하도록 도 1 내지 도 4와 동일한 구조로 조립된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 전방단부(forward end)와 후방단부(rearward end)와 그리고 상기 전방단부에 형성된 제 1 구멍(aperture, 12)과 후방단부에 형성된 제 2 구멍(7)을 가지는 배럴(barrel, 1)과, 그리고 상기 배럴(1) 내에 수용된 란셋(lancet, 2)을 포함하고, 상기 란셋(2)은 스프링(3) 장전되어지며 준비된 후방위치로부터 란셋 팁(4)이 배럴의 제 1 구멍(12)으로부터 순간적으로 둘출되는 위치까지 트리거(trigger, 6)에 의해서 방출될 수 있고, 다시 란셋 팁(4)이 배럴(1) 속으로 후퇴되어지는 위치로 돌아오며, 상기 트리거(trigger, 6)는 배럴의 제 2 구멍(7)을 통하여 외부로 돌출하고 배럴(1) 내에 배치된 전단변형(shearable)될 수 있는 브릿지(bridge, 8)에 의해서 란셋(2)에 연결되어지는, 스킨 프릭커(skin pricker)에 있어서,
    상기 트리거(6)의 작동은 브릿지(8)를 전단변형(shear)시키고 란셋(2)을 방출시키며, 제작(manufacture)시에는 제 1 구멍(12)과 제 2 구멍(7)을 형성하고 스프링(3)이 장전되도록 트리거(6)를 붙잡도록 배럴(1)은 란셋(2) 둘레에서 폐쇄되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스킨 프릭커(skin pricker)
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 구멍(aperture, 7)과 트리거(trigger, 6)는, 란셋(lancet, 2)으로부터 전단변형된 후, 트리거(6)가 배럴(barrel, 1)에 구속되도록 형성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스킨 프릭커(skin pricker)
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 트리거(trigger, 6)는 배럴(barrel, 1)의 전방단부를 향하여 외부로 돌출된 단부(end)가 회전(pivot)하도록 구동되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스킨 프릭커(skin pricker)
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 트리거(6)가 지지되는 제 2 구멍(7)의 벽(wall)은 지레받침(fulcrum, 9)이 제공되며, 이에 따라서 얻어지는 지레(leverage)는 브릿지(bridge, 8)의 전단변형(shearing)을 용이하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스킨 프릭커(skin pricker)
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 란셋 팁(lancet tip, 4)은 배럴(1)의 노출된 전방단부를 가지는 캡(cap, 5)에 의해 둘러싸여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스킨 프릭커(skin pricker)
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배럴(barrel, 1)은 두개의 반원통형 부분(semi-cylindrical halves)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스킨 프릭커(skin pricker)
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 배럴(barrel, 1)의 반원통형 부분은 직경면(diametral plane)으로 결합하도록 일체적으로 형성되어지고 서로 접혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스킨 프릭커
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배럴(barrel, 1)은, 란셋(2) 상의 돌출부분이 미끄러질 수 있지만 란셋(2)의 회전 움직임은 방지하는, 하나이상의 내부의 길이방향 채널(longitudinal channel)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스킨 프릭커(skin pricker)
