본 발명은 토너 카트리지의 씰에 관한 것으로 토너 카트리지에는 크게 토너부분과 드럼부분으로 구성되어져 있으며 이중 토너부분에는 토너의 유출을 막기 위하여 씰을 부착한다. 즉, 카트리지를 사무기기에 장착하여 사용하기 위해서는 씰을 제거하여야 하는데 기존의 씰은 PVC 계통의 환경오염 물질로 만들어지고 있어 한경을 오염 시킬수 있기 때문에 한번 사용 후에도 재활용된다면 환경보호의 효과가 크다고 본다. 또한 품질면에서도 기존의 접착 및 열융착 방법에 비해 생산성 및 기능성에서 향상시킨 토너카트리지의 씰에 관한 것으로 종래의 기술에서는 씰을 접착제 나 열융착 방법으로 카트리지 본체에 부착하였는데 이러한 방법은 다시 재활용하고자 할 때에는 카트리지를 분해하여 전에 붙였던 씰을 떼어내고 다시 붙이거나 열융착을 하여야만 하나 이러한 부분을 개선하여 재활용에 용이하게끔 기능 향상시킨 것으로써 토너출구를 봉쇄하였던 부분을 삽입과 제거가 용이하게끔 발명하였다 또한 기존의 씰의 단점인 제거시에 씰의 중간이 절단되어 토너의 유출이 되지 않아 카트리지가 사용 불능상태가 되는 것도 방지하였다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
