Claims (4)
- 하지를 이루는 대퇴골이나 하퇴골의 절단 단부에 삽입하는 삽입형 임플란트(20),임플란트(20) 하단에서 임플란트(20)와 하지 절단 단부를 동시에 감싸는 캡상의 하중분산 어댑터(30),어댑터(30) 하면에 결합되며 직경을 증가시키도록 이루어진 판상의 하중지지판(40),하중지지판(40) 하단에서 하중분산 어댑터(30)를 개재하여 결합나사(60)로 삽입형임플란트(20)에 나사 결합하는 결합나사(60)를 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 하중 작용형 골융합 임플란트장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 임플란트(20)에는 하단에 직경이 작아지는 계단(21)을 두고 이루어지는 다각리브(22)를 형성하고, 하중분산어댑터(30)의 바닥면에는 다각공(32)을 이루고, 다각리브(22)와 다각공(32)사이에는 회전을 방지하는 다각형의 회전방지링(50)을 부가한 것을 특징으로 하는 하중 작용형 골융합 임플란트장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하중지지판(40)의 하면은 하지 절단자의 하중을 분산시키도록 만곡면(43)을 이룬 것을 특징으로 하는 하중 작용형 골융합 임플란트장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하중분산 어댑터(30)의 외주면은 육각너트면(33)을 이루고, 하중지지판(40)의 상면은 상기 육각너트면(33)을 수용 가능토록 벽면이 대응하여 각진 어댑터 결합홈(41)을 이룬 것을 특징으로 하는 하중 작용형 골융합 임플란트장치.
