본 발명은 모터용 권선 세척 겸용 코팅제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 모터용 권선의 세척력을 향상시키고, 몬트리올 의정서 규제물질을 대체하여 오존층을 파괴하지 않아 수출 시 규제를 받지 않고, 작업자의 안전 확보와 작업장 환경개선을 위한 모터용 권선 세척 겸용 코팅제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 모터용 권선 세척제는 모터 겸용 기타 부품들의 찌든 때와 절연 탄화 물질을 신속하고 깨끗하게 세척하여 제거하기 위한 것으로, 모터 겸용 전선종류를 오랫동안 사용하다보면 모터 코일에 입혀진 절연제와 절연유 등이 탄화되거나 찌들려져 모터의 절연상태를 불량하게 함으로써 합선 겸용 누전 등의 사고를 유발하게 된다. 따라서 상기 모터용 권선 세척제는 세척시 모터 겸용 전선종류의 제조 초기 상태와 같은 상태를 유지하도록 하기 위해서 때와 탄화 물질을 신속하게 제거할 수 있어야 하고, 특히 절연 코팅제 등을 손상시키지 않기 위해서는 세척제를 구성하는 조성물 각 성분들의 특성을 충분히 이용하여야 한다.
그런데 현재 사용되고 있는 모터용 권선 세척제는 탄화수소계, 트리클로르 에틸렌, 퍼클로르에틸렌 등의 용제 등과 같은 (염소계)들을 단독으로 사용하여 제조하는 것이어서 발암성, 유독성 유발로 인해 인체에 치명적인 영향을 미칠 수 있고, 몬트리올 의정서 규제물질로서 수출 시 규제를 받을 수 있으며, 권선코일에 코팅되어 있는 에나멜이 손상되고, 용제 특유의 독한 냄새때문에 작업시 두통이 뒤따르며, 세척 후에는 별도로 모터용 권선에 부식방지용 오일 등을 살포하여야 하는 단점을 가지게 된다.
또 각 용제들은 단독으로 사용되어지는 것이어서 용제들이 가지고 있는 고유한 특성들을 충분히 살리지 못하는 폐단을 갖는 실정인 바, 상기와 같은 단점을 해결하기 위해 본 발명자는 탄화수소계 용제 10~40중량%와, 퍼클로르에틸렌계 용제 10~40중량%와, 디클롤르메탄계 용제 10~20중량%와, 방청유 2~5중량%로 이루어지는 모터용 권선 세척제 조성물을 특허출원 제10-2003-0004736호로 선출원한 바 있습니다.
그러나 상기한 모터용 권선 세척제 조성물은 모터용 권선의 세척에는 유리한 장점이 있으나 코팅효과가 떨어지는 단점을 갖는 것이어서, 권선을 보호하기 위한 코팅을 별도로 실시하여야 하고, 이로 인한 재 권선이 필요하게 되는 등의 폐단을 갖는 것이어서 이를 보다 개선하기 위한 모터용 권선 세척 겸용 코팅제 조성물이 어느때보다 절실하게 필요한 실정이다.

먼저 본 발명은 모터용 권선 세척 겸용 코팅제 조성물을 제조함에 있어 1-브로모프로판(1-BROMOPROPANE)계 용제 10~89.5중량%와, 탄화수소계 용제 10~70중량%를 함유하도록 하였으며, 부식방지를 위한 방청유가 0.5~30중량%가 함유되도록 하였다.
상기1-브로모프로판(1-BROMOPROPANE)은 분자식이 C-H3-C-H2-C-H2-Br이고, 분자량 122.99이며, 물리적 성질은 비중은 1.35이고 끓는점은 69~71℃인 성질을 갖는다.
상기 1-브로모프로판(1-BROMOPROPANE)계 용제는 유기용매에 대한 용해성이 커서 본 발명 모터용 권선 세척제 조성물에는 10~89.5중량%가 함유되도록 하였으며, 이때 상기 1-브로모프로판(1-BROMOPEOPANE)계 용제는 전체 모터용 권선 세척제 조성물 중 10중량% 이하가 되면 모터용 권선의 세척 겸용 코팅효과가 떨어지고, 89.5중량% 이상이 되면 다른 용제의 함량이 줄어들게 되어 방청과 같은 모터의 권선 보호에 필요한 효과는 줄어들게 된다. 따라서 가장 바람직한 함유량은 10~89.5중량%이다.
또한 상기 탄화수소계 용제는 일반적으로 휘발성이 강한 물질이어서 기름이나 지방을 잘 녹이고 쉽게 증발하는 특성을 가지고 있어서 기계류의 세척 겸용, 페인트 같은 도료의 제조배합, 필요물질의 추출, 드라이클리닝 등에 널리 사용되고 있다. 따라서 본 발명 모터용 권선 세척 겸용 코팅제 조성물에는 10~70중량%가 함유되도록 하였다.
이때 상기 탄화수소계 용제가 본 발명 모터용 권선 세척 겸용 코팅제 조성물의 전체 함량 중 10중량% 이하가 되면 휘발성이 부족하여 권선의 세척효과가 떨어지게 되고, 70중량% 이상이 되면 사용자의 건강에 치명적인 문제를 야기시키게 되는 단점을 가지게 되므로 본 발명 모터용 권선 세척조성물에 있어서 탄화수소계 용제의 함량은 10~70중량%가 적당할 것이다.
방청유는 금속 표면에 기름 보호막을 만들어 공기 중의 산소나 수분을 차단하는 역활을 하는 것으로, 금속제품의 보관 겸용 수송 등의 특정기간 동안 녹이 스는 것을 방지한다.
따라서 본 발명 모터용 권선 세척조성물에 있어서 방청유가 0.05중량% 이하가 되면 모터 권선의 부식을 예방하는 효과가 떨어지게 되며, 30중량%이상이 되며 과다한 사용으로 인해 방청유가 흘려내려 유출되는 단점을 가지게 되므로, 본 발명 모터용 권선 세척 겸용 코팅제 조성물에 있어서 방청유의 함량은 0.05~30중량%가 적당하다.
이를 실시예를 들어 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
실시예
1-브로모프로판(1-BROMOPROPANE) 1ℓ, 탄화수소계 용제 1ℓ, 방청유 0.05ℓ를 용기에 넣고 혼합하여 모터용 권선 세척 겸용 코팅제 조성물을 제조하였다.
비교예 1
1-브로모프로판(1-BROMOPROPANE) 용제만으로 2.55ℓ의 모터용 권선 세척제를 제조하였다.
비교예 2
탄화수소계 용제만으로 2.55ℓ의 모터용 권선 세척제를 제조하였다.
상기 실시예 겸용 비교예 1 내지 2에 의해 제조된 각 모터용 권선 세척 겸용 코팅제 조성물에 산업용 모터의 내부 코일만을 분리하여 2시간 침지후 꺼내 세척정도 겸용 권선 손상정도 등을 육안으로 비교하였다. 이를 표 1과 표 2에 표시하였다.
