이상에서 설명한 바와같이 본 발명은 매연여과용 벽유로형필터가 내장된 매연여과기를 배기관 끝단에 설치하여 엔진 고속구동시 배기가스에 포함된 매연이 벽유로형필터에 의해 여과되도록 하고, 입자상물질 제거시기가 도래하였을때 엔진 저속구동시 매연여과기의 입구측으로부터 우회하여 공급된 배기가스를 벽유로형필터 로 분사하여 벽유로형필터에 붙어있는 입자상물질이 분리되도록 하는 회전분사관을 벽유로형필터의 후단에 형성하되, 매연여과기의 입구측 하단에는 분리된 입자상물질을 포집하여 디젤엔진의 흡기측으로 송출하는 수단을 형성하여 입자상물질이 연소 처리되도록 하므로서, 디젤엔진에서 배출되는 배기가스에 포함되어 있는 매연(입자상물질)을 효과적으로 제거하면서 벽유로형필터의 수명을 연장시킬 수 있도록 한 디젤엔진의 매연여과 및 제거장치를 제공하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.As described above, the present invention installs a smoke filter having a built-in wall filter for smoke filtration at the end of the exhaust pipe so that the smoke contained in the exhaust gas is filtered by the wall flow filter at high speed of the engine, and removes particulate matter.
