The present invention relates to a rooftop waterproof structure using a rooftop exposed insulation ventilation buffer sheet and an air vent and a rooftop waterproofing method using the same. The insulating ventilation cushioning sheet is adhered to the floor concrete by adhesive bonding, and the joints between the sheets are butyl rubber tape. After the reinforcement, install fixed irons at regular intervals on the seat end and the center, and install the roof air-exposed insulation vent buffer sheet and air vent that have improved water resistance and durability by installing stainless air vent and two-component polyurethane on the top of the seat. It relates to a rooftop waterproof structure used and a rooftop waterproofing method using the same.
In general, the roof of the building is most in contact with external factors, and the insulation and the waterproofing agent are installed for thermal insulation and waterproofing, and the waterproofing method of the civil and building constructions is asphalt waterproofing method, sheet waterproofing method, coating film. Waterproofing methods are used. Asphalt waterproofing method has the longest history of use, has many uses, and has accumulated a lot of construction experience. However, it must be heated and melted at the construction site. It is a method that may cause loss of waterproofing performance due to self-cracking of waterproofing film due to temperature difference.
Sheet waterproofing method is a method of manufacturing synthetic rubber or thermoplastic synthetic resin in the form of sheet having 1.0 ~ 3.0mm thickness and 100 ~ 200cm width and bonding to waterproof surface at the construction site to form waterproof layer. In addition to excellent durability against climate and ozone, it is possible to secure a waterproof layer with a certain thickness as a whole, and has the advantage of easy construction. In this case, the watertightness of the joint between the sheets could not be achieved, and there could be a leakage accident. Partial repair was difficult, and the waterproof layer swelled due to the vapor pressure of the solvent in the adhesive or the water vapor pressure of the cement concrete matrix. In particular, when the swelling phenomenon of the waterproof layer occurs, the coating film is damaged by repeated contraction and expansion due to the temperature difference between day and night, summer and winter, so there is a problem that the waterproof performance is lost. In addition, the sheet and the concrete is to be bonded to each other only with an adhesive or a primer, there is also a problem that the adhesive force is lowered due to high water vapor pressure or external force and the sheet falls off from the bottom surface.
In addition, the waterproof coating method is divided into acrylic waterproofing, chloroprene waterproofing, urethane waterproofing, etc. according to the type of material, and it is applied in the liquid state at the work site and forms a waterproof coating film according to the chemical reaction or volatilization of the solvent. Because it is applied in a state of application, it is easy to construct a complex part, seamless construction is possible, and it has the advantage of good adhesion between the layers of the waterproofing material and the waterproof surface, high mechanical strength and durability, but it is applied in the liquid state at the work site. Due to its good flowability, the film thickness becomes uneven due to the curvature of the floor, and it is difficult to solve the cracks of the lower part because it is a method that adheres to the entire surface, and swelling such as waterproofing of the sheet occurs due to evaporation of concrete moisture. The phenomenon of losing the waterproof performance occurred.
As described above, the waterproofing work on the rooftop slab is mainly made of a coating material that is cured after application of the sheet and the liquid. Therefore, the stress generated at the crack of the base surface is directly transmitted to the waterproofing layer, so that the waterproofing layer is broken and thus the waterproofing performance is improved. The concrete that is lost and also the waterproofing base is penetrated by rain, snow, or new building may contain a large amount of water mixed inside when constructing concrete. When rises, water vapor pressure is generated, causing the waterproof layer to float, causing leakage. In particular, the swelling of the sheet waterproofing and the waterproofing of the coating film is caused by the expansion of the air layer sealed by the peeling of the pinhole or the mortar of the surface concrete in addition to the moisture of the concrete matrix is a big problem to be solved in the waterproofing method by the close method.

In order to achieve the object as described above, the present invention is in close contact with the floor concrete in a local adhesive instead of the front contact type cushioning insulation, and the joints between the sheets are reinforced with butyl rubber tape having excellent adhesive strength To fix the adhesive force of local point adhesiveness by installing fixed hardware at regular intervals at the end and the center of the sheet, and forming a composite with the sheet by applying two-component polyurethane on the upper surface of the sheet to form a waterproof body having excellent physical properties. It is.

Install a stainless air vent. The air vent is installed in one place per 50~100m 2 according to the water content of the concrete and produce by cutting the aeration buffer insulating sheet along a circle of diameter Lemme 5~8cm approximately the center portion of the air vent prior to installation.
7th step
A two-component urethane is applied to the upper surface of the insulating ventilation buffer sheet using a roller.
8th step
It is applied after sufficiently stirring with the urethane main agent and the curing agent.
9th step
The urethane is cured and finished with a top coat. Topcoat is applied after stirring the main body and the curing agent as well as urethane.

In addition, the waterproofing material performance according to the present invention is as shown in [Table 2].
As described above, the present invention effectively improves the water vapor pressure generated in the concrete base to the top of the two-component urethane applied to the top using a breathable cushioning sheet having excellent breathability and a stainless steel air vent that can pass only air without passing water. It can be discharged into the furnace, thereby preventing the swelling of the sheet in advance.
In addition, in the work of the buffer sheet, the joint portion of the sheet was conventionally in the form of a fully close butt or obova, but in the present invention, the thermal expansion of the sheet was considered to be 2 to 3 mm apart, and the butyl rubber on the butt portion of the sheet was considered. The insulating tape made of material is used to mitigate the severe change caused by the thermal expansion of the sheet, and to have the insulation effect of the space between the sheets.
In addition, durability is improved by installing bonds and fixed irons to increase the adhesion force according to the local adhesion of the floor surface of the rooftop slab or concrete structure and the insulating ventilation buffer sheet.
In addition, the ventilation contact sheet is installed by the local contact, easy to maintain, there is a lot of effects, such as to reduce the economic burden during maintenance.
