Claims (2)
- 서열번호 1과 2에 기재된 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 RT-PCR을 통해 배추(Brassica campestris ssp. pelinensis)로부터 디하이드로플라보놀 환원효소(dihydroflavonol reductase: DFR)의 일부 유전자 단편을 분리하는 단계 및 상기 유전자 단편의 염기정보를 바탕으로 시작코돈과 종료코돈이 포함된 서열번호 1과 3에 기재된 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 RT-PCR을 통해 디하이드로플라보놀 환원효소의 유전자 전체를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는, 배추(Brassica campestris ssp. pekinensis)의 디하이드로플라보놀 환원효소(dihydroflavonol reductase: DFR)를 코딩하는 유전자를 분리하는 방법.
