노즐바디(9)내의 핀홀 양측에 두개의 제1,2탕도(1)(2)를 형성하고, 상기 노즐바디(9) 외주면에는 그 외주면에 접하여 승강되는 승강피스톤(10)을 장착하며, 핀홀내의 니들핀(3)의 외주면에는 하부 일측에 제1탕도(1)와 관통되는 관통공(8)이 형성되고 그 하단은 니들핀(3)에의해 개폐되는 개폐공(5')이 형성된 것으로 구성된 슬리브핀(4)을 상기 니들핀(3)의 외주면에서 상기 승강피스톤(10)에 의해 승강되도록 외삽한 것으로 구성된 이색(貳色) 플라스틱제품 성형용 핫런너 밸브노즐로서, 2색 플라스틱제품을 성형하려면 먼저 통상의 니들핀(3)을 상승시킨 다음 슬리브핀(4)을 노즐바디(9)의 외주면에 외삽된 승강피스톤(10)에 의해 밸브게이트(5)까지 하강시켜 슬리브핀 하단측면에 형성된 관통공(8)이 제1탕도(1)와 관통되게한 상태에서 제일 색상의 합성수지원료를 제1탕도(1)를 통하여 슬리브핀 하단 관통공(8)을 거쳐 밸브게이트(5)로 흘러들어 제일색상의 플라스틱층(6)이 성형되게한 다음 니들핀(3)을 하강시켜 밸브게이트(5)를 막은 후 니들핀(3)과 슬리브핀(4)을 동시에 상승시켜 제1탕도(1)는 니들핀(3)과 슬리브핀(4)에 의해 막히면서 제2탕도(2)만 열리도록하여 제2색상의 합성수지를 제2탕도를 통하여 공급하므로서 제2색상의 플라스틱층(7)으로된 두가지 색상층의 플라스틱 제품을 얻을 수 있는 것이다.Two first and second waterways (1) and (2) are formed on both sides of the pinhole in the nozzle body (9), and the elevating piston (10) which is raised and lowered in contact with the outer circumferential surface is mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the nozzle body (9).
