Claims (4)
- 가스터빈 연소실에 부착되는 가스버너 팁의 표면성질을 개선하기 위한 방법으로, 상기 가스버너 팁에 대해 코팅 전처리 및 예열을 실시하고, 용사 기술을 이용하여 금속 분말재료인 LS 30 파우더 재료를 이용하여 250 ~ 300㎛의 두께로 1차 기초 코팅을 하고, 그 위에 Al 99% 파우더를 이용하여 80 ~ 100㎛의 두께로 2차 탑 코팅을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈의 가스버너 팁 코팅방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 전처리는 증기, 솔벤트, 신나를 사용하여 모재 표면을 세척하는 청정과 모래, 작은 강구 및 그리트를 사용하는 거칠기 공정을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈의 가스버너 팁 코팅방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 예열 과정은 110 내지 130℃의 온도 범위에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈의 가스버너 팁 코팅방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기초 코팅과 탑 코팅은 플라즈마 용사에 의해 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈의 가스버너 팁 코팅방법.
