Claims (9)
- 상부기판과 하부기판이 액정층을 사이에 두고 합착된 액정패널;상기 하부기판의 외측면에 부착된 제1편광필름;상기 상부기판의 외측면에 부착된 제2편광필름;상기 제1편광필름에 부착되고, 반사율이 투과율보다 작은 미반사필름; 및상기 액정패널로 적색광, 녹색광 및 청색광을 순차적으로 조사하는 순차 백라이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필드순차구동 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미반사필름은 반사율이 10~49%인 것을 특징으로 하는 필드순차구동 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미반사필름은 상기 제2편광필름보다 반사율이 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 필드순차구동 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미반사필름의 반사율은 상기 제2편광필름의 반사율보다 크고 미반사필름의 투과율보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 필드순차구동 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 순차 백라이트는 180㎐의 주파수로 적색광, 녹색광 및 청색광을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필드순차구동 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 순차 백라이트는 세 종류의 발광 다이오드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필드순차구동 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부기판은,투명기판;상기 투명기판에 형성된 블랙매트릭스; 및상기 투명기판 및 블랙매트릭스 상부에 형성된 투명전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필드순차구동 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부기판은,투명기판; 및상기 하부기판에 형성된 박막트랜지스터 어레이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필드순차구동 액정표시장치.
