Claims (5)
- 스판본드/멜트블로운/스판본드의 순서로 적층된 다층구조의 열가소성 수지 부직포로서, 스판본드 부직포층의 중량이 6∼12gsm 이고, 멜트블로운 부직포층의 중량이 0.5∼3.0gsm 이며, 기공의 사이즈에 의한 투과저항%가 70% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 다층구조 스판본드 부직포.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 다층구조를 이루는 스판본드 부직포와 멜트블로운 부직포가 1개층 이상의 복수층으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 친수성 다층구조 스판본드 부직포.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 다층구조를 이루는 스판본드 부직포의 섬도는 1.0∼3.0 de 이고, 멜트블로운 부직포의 섬도는 0.01∼0.1de 임을 특징으로 하는 친수성 다층구조 스판본드 부직포.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 다층구조를 이루는 열가소성수지의 부직포가 폴리올레핀계 섬유로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 다층구조 스판본드 부직포.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 스판본드 부직포는 일성분 또는 시스-코아형, 사이드 바이 사이드형 또는 해도섬(sea Island) 형의 다성분을 포함하는 중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 친수성 다층구조 스판본드 부직포
