Claims (4)
- 쌀과, 상기 쌀의 외피에 코팅되며 가시오갈피 추출물과 둥글레 추출물을 함유하는 외피 코팅층을 포함하는 가시오갈피 추출물이 코팅된 기능성 쌀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쌀은 백미, 현미, 오분도미, 백미찹쌀, 현미찹쌀, 흑미의 군에서 선택되어진 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합미인 기능성 쌀.
- 삭제
- 세절된 가시오갈피 줄기 또는 잎을 에탄올로 50∼80℃로 추출하고 여과한 것을 8∼12브릭스(Brix)로 농축하는 단계;둥글레 잎을 5∼20분 볶아 80∼95℃에서 추출하고 여과한 것을 5∼7브릭스(Brix)로 농축하는 단계; 및상기 가시오갈피 농축액을 쌀의 중량대비 0.01∼2중량% 및 5∼7브릭스(Brix)로 농축한 둥글레 농축액을 가시오갈피 농축액과 1:9∼9:1의 비가 되도록 쌀의 외피에 코팅하고 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 가시오갈피 추출물이 코팅된 기능성 쌀의 제조방법.
