Claims (1)
- 중량%로, C:0.06-0.15%, Si:0.7-1.2%, Mn:1.5-1.6%, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하여 조성되는 빌레트(billet)를 1000-1100℃로 재가열한 후 조압연 및 중간압연하는 단계;상기 압연선재을 750-850℃까지 냉각한 다음 준오스테나이트 (metastable austenite) 온도영역에서 마무리 열간압연하고, 이어 권취하는 단계;상기 권취된 선재를 냉각 컨베이어를 통과하면서 1~30초간 공냉함으로써 재료내부의 조직을 오스테나이트에서 페라이트 조직으로 70-95% 변태시키는 단계; 및상기 선재를 급냉함으로써 잔여 5-30%의 잔류 오스테나이트 조직을 마르텐사이트 조직으로 변태시키는 단계;를 포함하는 페라이트 기지조직에 마르텐사이트가 5-30% 함유된 2상(dual-phase)조직강 선재 및 봉강의 제조방법
