Claims (5)
- 한장의 금속 플레이트에서 형성되고, 상기 금속플레이트의 일측단부를 몸체부의 상면으로 벤딩시켜 형성되는 제1튜브와; 상기 금속플레이트의 타측단부를 몸체부의 상면으로 벤딩시켜 형성되는 제2튜브; 그리고 상기 제1튜브의 일측부분에서 플레이트의 최외측에서 일체로 형성된 인너핀형성부를 금속플레이트의 상면측으로 벤딩하여 형성된 제 1튜브의 내부에 내측을 격실하는 인너핀이 구비되고, 상기 제 1튜브와 제 2튜브 사이의 몸체부에는 길이방향으로 슬릿이 형성되는 튜브조립체; 그리고상기 각각의 튜브 사이에 일체로 설치되고, 그 단면이 웨이브 형상으로 형성되며, 슬릿이 형성된 방열용 핀;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 일체형 열교환기.
