Claims (4)
- 포머의 둘레부에 다수개의 전도층과 절연층을 순차적으로 반복 테이핑하여서 초전도 케이블을 제조할 수 있도록 된 테이핑장치에 있어서, 다수개의 지권헤드가 연속적인 라인상에 소정간격으로 설치되어 각각의 지권헤드에 의해 상기 전도층과 절연층이 포머의 둘레부에 순차적으로 테이핑되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블 테이핑장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지권헤드의 내부에는 중앙에 포머 통과공이 형성된 모음다이스가 회전가능하게 설치되되, 이 모음다이스는 그 둘레부에 다수개의 테이프롤이 모음다이스와 함께 회전되도록 설치되며, 상기 포머 통과공의 둘레에는 테이프롤로부터 풀려져 공급되는 테이프를 반경방향 내측으로 모아서 포머의 둘레부에 감겨지도록 테이프의 공급방향을 안내해주는 다수개의 테이프 가이드부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블 테이핑장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 테이프 가이드부는 30∼150㎜의 곡률반경으로 만곡 형성되어 테이프롤로부터 반경방향 내측으로 풀려져 나오는 테이프를 포머의 둘레부로 공급방향을 전환해주도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블 테이핑장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 모음다이스는 포머의 길이방향을 따라 전후진가능하게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블 테이핑장치.
