Claims (5)
- 슬러리 버너, 중앙의 연소 및 반응이 이루어지는 가스화 반응기, 하부의 가스 및 슬래그 냉각조로 이루어진 습식가스화 장치에 있어서,상기 습식가스화 장치 전단에 장치되는 고체의 중질잔사유를 히팅한 후 스팀을 분사하여 유동화 시킨 후 과열(superheating)하여 고온고압의 연료를 공급하는 예열수단과; 습식가스화 장치의 냉각조에 가스화 반응기 내부의 압력 변동을 완충시켜 냉각조 내부 냉각수의 일정수면 유지를 위하여 이중관 형태로 설치한 가스 유도관을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 분류상 중질잔사유 가스화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 예열수단은 원료를 저장하고 있는 중질잔사유 탱크와, 탱크로부터 공급되는 중질잔사유의 양을 제어하여 공급하는 플란자 펌프와, 플란자 펌프에 의해 공급되는 중질잔사유를 예열하는 열매유 히터와; 가스화반응 및 중질잔사유의 분산을 위해 스팀을 발생하는 스팀발생장치와; 상기 스팀에 의해 분산된 중질잔사유를 다시 과열후 습식가스화장치의 반응기에 공급하는 스팀/중질잔사유 혼합물의 과열기와, 각 장치간을 연결하는 배관 및 밸브를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 분류상 중질잔사유 가스화장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 배관은 이송중 중질잔사유의 온도강하 방지를 위한 이중 배관으로 형성한 것을 하는 습식 분류상 중질잔사유 가스화장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 밸브는 열손실에 의한 막힘을 막는 밴드히터를 포함하여 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 분류상 중질잔사유 가스화장치.
- 제 2항 또는 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서,상기 중질잔사유가 공급되는 배관에 공급부 밸브 및 순환부 밸브인 온-오프 밸브를 설치하여 공급부와 순환부로 제어토록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 분류상 중질잔사유 가스화장치.
