실시예 1-5에 따라 제조된 조성물을 합판상에 건조 도막 두께가 약 100미크론 정도 되도록 도장하고 건조하여 건조된 도막을 제조하였다. 도막의 방염 성능을 하기와 같은 방법으로 측정하였다. 방염 성능의 측정 항목으로 다음과 같은 네가지가 있다.The composition prepared according to Example 1-5 was coated on a plywood to have a dry coating thickness of about 100 microns and dried to prepare a dried coating film. 3) 탄화 면적: 2분 동안 가열 시험후 합판이 연소되어 탄화된 면적을 말하며, 기준치는 50㎠ 이하이다.3) Carbonization Area: It refers to the carbonization area where the plywood is burned after heating test for 2 minutes.

4) 탄화 길이: 2분 동안 가열시험후 합판이 연소되어 탄화된 최장 길이를 말하며, 기준치는 20㎝ 이하이다.4) Carbonization length: Refers to the longest length of carbonization when plywood is burned after heating test for 2 minutes.

각 조성물의 방염 성능은 KS F 3101(보통합판) 2급 합판(190㎜×90㎜, 4.4㎜t 이하)에 붓도장한 후 상온에서 7일 동안 건조하고 연소시험기로 2분 동안 가열 시험하여 측정하였으며, 탄화 면적은 최소 눈금 단위가 0.1㎠ 이하인 프라니메타를 사용하여 측정하였다. 시험 결과를 아래 표 1에 나타내었다.Flame retardant performance of each composition was measured by brush painting on KS F 3101 (normal plywood) secondary plywood (190 mm x 90 mm, 4.4 mmt or less), drying for 7 days at room temperature, and heating test for 2 minutes with a combustion tester. 상기 표 1에 나타난 결과를 통하여 본 발명에 따른 방염도료 조성물은 주어진 네가지 항목 모두에서 기준치 이내의 값을 나타내어 방염 성능이 매우 우수한 것임을 확인할 수 있다.Through the results shown in Table 1, the flame retardant paint composition according to the present invention can be confirmed that the flame retardant performance is very excellent by showing a value within the reference value in all four items given.
