Claims (8)
- 제1 기판 상에 형성되는 게이트라인들과 m(m은 자연수)개의 데이터라인들 각각의 교차부에 위치하는 박막트랜지스터와;상기 데이터라인들과 게이트라인들 각각에 의해 마련되어진 표시영역에 위치하며 상기 박막트랜지스터와 접속되는 다수개의 화소전극과;상기 제m 번째 데이터라인과 접속된 액정셀의 광투과율을 나머지 데이터라인과 접속된 액정셀들의 광투과율보다 낮추기 위해 상기 제m 번째 데이터라인과 접속되는 화소전극과 중첩되며, 상기 화소전극과의 경계선을 다수개로 분산시키기 위해 그 화소전극 내에서 다수개로 분산되어 형성되는 불투명패턴을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 기판과 대면되게 위치하는 제2 기판 상에 형성되는 블랙매트릭스를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 불투명패턴은 상기 블랙매트릭스와 동시에 동일물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 불투명패턴은 상기 데이터라인 및 게이트라인 중 적어도 어느 하나와 동일금속으로 동시에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 불투명패턴은 상기 게이트라인과 평행하게 소정간격을 사이에 두고 다수개 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 불투명패턴은 상기 데이터라인과 동일방향을 중심축으로 상기 화소전극과 좌우로 교번되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 불투명패턴은 격자형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 불투명패턴은 원 및 타원형태 중 적어도 어느 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
