Claims (11)
- 30 내지 300 g/㎡의 단위 면적당 중량을 갖는 마이크로 필라멘트-부직포 재료로 이루어진 클린 룸 청소용 천으로서,상기 부직포 재료는 멜트 스피닝되고, 공기 역학적으로 드래프팅되며, 부직포를 형성하기 위해 직접 플레이팅되는, 1.5 내지 5 dtex의 섬도를 갖는 다성분-연속 필라멘트로 이루어지며, 상기 다성분-연속 필라멘트의 적어도 80%까지는 예비 고정 후에 0.1 내지 1.0 dtex의 섬도를 갖는 마이크로-연속 필라멘트로 분할되어 고정되며, 상기 천이 산업적인 클린 룸 세척 능력에 대한 요구 사항들을 충족시킴으로써 클린 룸 등급 10 이상에 적용될 수 있는 클린 룸 청소용 천
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부직포 재료는 멜트 스피닝 되고, 공기 역학적으로 드래프팅되며, 부직포를 형성하기 위해 직접 플레이팅 되는, 2 내지 3 dtex의 섬도를 갖는 다성분-연속 필라멘트로 이루어지며, 상기 다성분-연속 필라멘트의 적어도 80%까지 예비 고정 후에 0.1 내지 0.3 dtex의 섬도를 갖는 마이크로-연속 필라멘트로 분할되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 룸 청소용 천.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다성분-연속 필라멘트는 2 가지의 혼화 불가능한 폴리머, 특히 폴리에스테르 및 폴리아미드로 이루어진 2 성분-연속 필라멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 룸 청소용 천.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,다성분-연속 필라멘트의 횡단면이 오렌지 형태의 다중 세그먼트-구조를 가지며, 상기 세그먼트들은 각각 2가지 혼화 불가능한 폴리머 중에서 하나의 폴리머를 교대로 함유하거나 "사이드-바이-사이드"-구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 룸 청소용 천.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 청소용 천의 양면이 상이한 세그먼트-구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 룸 청소용 천.
- 용융물로 이루어진 다성분-연속 필라멘트를 스피닝하고, 공기 역학적으로 드래프팅하며, 부직포를 형성하기 위해 직접 플레이팅하고, 예비 고정 공정을 거치게 하며, 상기 부직포 재료를 고압-유체 젯에 의해 고정시키는 동시에 0.1 내지 1.0 dtex의 섬도를 갖는 마이크로-연속 필라멘트로 분할하는 것을 포함하여, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 클린 룸 청소용 천을 제작하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 부직포 재료의 각각의 면들을 다중으로 적어도 한번 고압-유체 젯에 의해 자극을 가함으로써, 다성분-연속 필라멘트의 고정 및 분할 공정을 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,스핀 칼라링 공정에 의해 상기 다성분-연속 필라멘트의 염색 공정을 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,2개의 스피닝 바아가 사용되며, 2 개 중에서 하나는 "파이"-세그먼트 구조를 갖는 다성분-연속 필라멘트를 형성하고, 나머지 하나는 "사이드-바이-사이드"-세그먼트 구조를 갖는 다성분-연속 필라멘트를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,닦음 천 또는 먼지 제거용 천과 같이 다용도 천으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 클린 룸 청소용 천.
