- 홍수위험 지역에 대한 예측과 그 예측 결과를 도시를 위한 GIS(Geographic Information System) 도형자료 및 속성자료가 저장된 GIS 데이터 베이스와,GIS 데이터베이스를 이용한 하천 정보를 검색하는 하천정보 검색 모듈과,수리·수문 모델링을 연계하고 GIS 데이터베이스에 저장되는 수리·수문 모듈과,모델링 결과를 도시하여 지도로 제작하는 지도제작 모듈을 포함하고,상기 GIS 데이터 베이스는 지형도, 하천도, 토양도, 유역도, 행정구역도로 이루어진 도형 데이터 베이스와 하천기본현황, 유역자료현황, 강우자료현황, 침수자료현황, 지형자료현황으로 이루어진 속성 데이터 베이스로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 GIS를 이용한 홍수위험지도 제작·관리 시스템.
- 제 2 항 에 있어서, 상기 하천정보 검색 모듈은 하천정보 검색, 침수정보 검색, 하천 메타데이터 검색으로 구성된 특징으로 하는 GIS를 이용한 홍수위험지도 제작·관리 시스템.
- 제 2 항 에 있어서, 상기 수리·수문 모듈은 강우해석, 유출해석, 범람해석, 하도추적으로 구성된 특징으로 하는 GIS를 이용한 홍수위험지도 제작·관리 시스템.
- 제 2 항 에 있어서, 상기 지도제작 모듈은 하천정보 도식화, 관련정보 도식화, 침수도 도식화로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 GIS를 이용한 홍수위험지도 제작·관리 시스템.
