Claims (3)
- 동판을 중심으로 그 양 면에 알루미늄판과 스테인레스강판이 순차적으로 각각 적층 접합된 5중 접합 클래드판에 있어서,스테인레스강판(11)과 알루미늄판(12) 사이에 스테인레스강판(11) 표면의 산화물층과 알루미늄판(12) 표면의 산화물층이 정합된 제1산화물층(11')이 개재되고, 알루미늄판(12)과 동판(13) 사이에는 알루미늄판(12) 표면의 산화물층과 동판(13) 표면의 스크래치성 표면 요철이 정합된 제2산화물층(12')이 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 5중 접합 클래드판.
- 동판을 중심으로 그 양 면에 알루미늄판과 스테인레스강판이 순차적으로 각각 적층 접합된 5중 접합 클래드판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,알루미늄판(12)의 양 면에 브러싱 작업을 실시하는 단계(100)와;상기 알루미늄판(12)과 스테인레스강판(11)을 직립시킨 상태에서 300~500℃의 온도로 25∼30분간, 동판(13)을 200∼500℃의 온도로 10∼25분간 대기 분위기 하의 서로 다른 로에서 각각 가열하는 단계(200)와;가열된 동판(23)을 로에서 인출한 후 상온으로 냉각하는 단계(300)와;냉각된 동판의 양 면에 브러싱 작업을 실시하는 단계(400)와;가열된 스테인레스강판과 알루미늄판을 가열로에서 인출한 후 스테인레스강판/알루미늄판/동판/알루미늄판/스테인레스강판의 순으로 적층하는 단계(500)와;5중으로 적층된 적층판을 30∼40%의 압하율로서 압연하는 단계(500)를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 5중 접합 클래드판의 제조 방법.
