Abstract
본 발명은 타이어 제조용 소재를 결합하여 그린 타이어를 제조할 때에 사용되는 블래더(Bladder)에 관한 것이다. 그린타이어 성형용 드럼의 일측에는 턴엎 블래더가 설치되어 있는 바, 소재를 결합한 원통형체를 성형용 드럼에 삽입하기 위해서는 턴엎 블래더를 통과하지 않을 수 없다. 소재인 원통형체를 성형드럼에 끼울 때에는 턴엎 블래더가 수축되어 있어야 하는데, 턴엎 블래더가 팽창과 수축을 반복함에 따라 팽창량이 큰 끝단부가 이완되어 쳐들려지게 됨으로 소재인 원통형체의 삽입이 곤란하게 되는 결점이 있다. 이에 본 발명은 턴엎 블래더가 수축된 상태에 있어서의 끝단부 내측에 보강재를 설치함으로써, 끝단부가 이완되더라도 보강재 설치부는 늘어나지 아니하게 하여 끝단부가 외측으로 벌어지지 아니하게 하며, 나아가 블래더 끝단부의 직경을 끝단으로 갈수록 점점 축소시켜 끝단부가 내측으로 굽어져 있게 하여 블래더가 어느 정도 이완되더라도 소재인 원통형체를 성형용 드럼에 삽입하기에 곤란하지는 아니하게 한 것임.The present invention relates to a bladder (Bladder) used in the production of green tires by combining the tire manufacturing material.
