Description

흡한 및 속건성이 우수한 폴리에스터 섬유의 제조방법{Manufacturing method of polyester fiber which absorb the sweat well and dry rapidly}Manufacturing method of polyester fiber which absorbs the sweat well and dry rapidly}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for producing polyester fibers having excellent sweat absorption and quick drying, and more particularly, to a method for producing polyester cross-section fibers in which a plurality of protrusions are formed in the cross-sectional direction of the fiber to form a moving passage of moisture.

Polyester fibers have been widely used in clothing and industrial materials because they have high orientation and high crystallinity. However, they have a weakness in softness and hygroscopicity, which makes them feel soft like natural fibers. It has been a problem that can not have, a defect that does not absorb sweat well.

Therefore, research has been actively conducted to impart various functionalities to polyester fiber and to modify it as a material for high-end clothing. Especially, when used as a material for sportswear, it quickly absorbs sweat emitted from the body and dries it in a short time. By making it possible, a function that can maximize the comfort when worn has been required.

Background Art Conventionally, in order to modify sweat absorption and quick drying to artificial fibers, a chemical method using a hydrophilic polymer during chip production and a physical method of changing the cross section of the fiber in order to generate a lot of voids between the fibers have been proposed. In Korea Patent Publication No. 91-6999, a method for producing a polyester yarn having a U-shaped cross section has been proposed, but has a disadvantage in that the moisture absorption ability is limited because the movement path of moisture is limited to one place.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a plurality of uneven protrusions in the longitudinal direction on the surface of the polyester fiber to increase the voids between the fibers, and provides a movement path of the sweat by capillary action to move the sweat. Its purpose is to improve the absorbed performance by speeding up and to feel comfortable by minimizing the contact surface in contact with the skin by the uneven portion of the fiber cross section.

MEANS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM As a result of full examination of the said subject, the present subject became able to solve the said subject by having the water movement path | route which consists of at least 6 protrusions on the surface of polyester fiber. Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the sweat-absorbing quick-drying polyester fiber of this invention is demonstrated concretely.

For manufacturing the present invention quick-drying polyester having two circular protrusions on each of the left and right sides of the flat slit as shown in FIG. 1 and having six water movement passages as shown in FIG.

When the ratio of the length b of the flat slit to the diameter c of the spherical protrusion is " A ", the value of A is set to 4.0 < = A < The range of 4.4≤A≤5.0 is good, but in this case, when the value of A is 4.0 or less, the size of the protrusion is increased, which is advantageous for the formation of the water passage, but the workability is disadvantageous due to the generation of trimming during spinning. If the value of A is greater than or equal to 5.7, the size of the protruding portion becomes smaller and the absorbency decreases, and the pack pressure rises rapidly due to the increase of the back pressure during spinning, which causes problems in operation.

4.0 ≤ A ≤ 5.7 ...................... 식 (1)4.0 ≤ A ≤ 5.7 ... (1)

In addition, the spacing d of the two circular protrusions is in the range of 0.2 mm or more and 0.6 mm or less. If the distance (d) of the circular protrusion is smaller than 0.2 mm, the two circular cross-sections are too close to the spinning and fusion occurs, so that the formation of the water passage is disadvantageous. There is a closed end that is unable to form passages and thus has low absorbency.

In addition, the ratio (R) of the horizontal length to the vertical length of the flat slit uses a spinneret satisfying the following expression (2).

10 ≤ R ≤ 15 ..................... 식 (2)10 ≤ R ≤ 15 ..................... Equation (2)

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples.
