Claims (3)
- 피측정액이 유입되는 주유로(11)가 형성되고, 상기 주유로(11)의 일측에 그 주유로(11)와 대략 수직하게 흡입유로(12)가 형성된 측정용기(10)와;상기 측정용기(10)의 주유로(11)와 흡입유로(12)로 피측정액을 흡입하는 흡입기구와;상기 측정용기(10)의 주유로(11)에 설치되어 주유로(11)로 유입되는 피측정액의 산소량을 측정하는 마이크로 산소센서(20);를 포함하는 미량산소 측정기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 산소센서(20)는 상기 주유로(11)의 일측에 끼워진 광섬유 케이블(21)의 중심축에 고정설치되고, 상기 광섬유 케이블(21)은 그 광섬유 케이블(21)이 절곡되지 않게 고정시키는 동관(22)으로 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 미량산소 측정기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡입기구는 상기 측정용기(10)의 주유로(11) 일단에 탈착가능하게 설치되는 주사바늘(31)과; 상기 흡입유로(12)의 선단에 탈착가능하게 설치되는 흡입실린더(32);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미량산소 측정기.
