Claims (5)
- 검사하고자 하는 용기(B)의 하측에는 조명기구(30)가 배치되고,상기 용기(B)의 상측에는 상기 조명기구(30)를 통해 조광된 용기(B)의 바닥 영상을 수광하는 집광렌즈부(42);와 상기 집광렌즈부(42)에 결합되어 입수된 영상을 빔스플리터(48a)를 통해 복수개로 분할하는 분할부(48); 및 상기 분할부(48)의 일측에 하나 이상 결합되되 적어도 하나는 편광필터(56)가 장착된 서브렌즈부(50a, 50b);로 이루어진 복합렌즈(40)가 배치되고,상기 복합렌즈(40)의 일측에는 상기 서브렌즈부(50a, 50b)를 향하여 CCD카메라(54, 55)가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 바닥 검사장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 CCD카메라(54, 55)는 상기 서브렌즈(50a, 50b)에 착탈가능하여 상기 복합렌즈(40)와 일체로써 검사를 수행할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 바닥 검사장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 서브렌즈부(50a, 50b)의 일단부에는 나사산(54a, 55a)이 형성되어 상기CCD카메라(54, 55)가 체결될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 바닥 검사 장치.
- 조명기구(30)를 통해 조광된 용기(B)의 바닥 영상을 수광하는 집광렌즈부(42);와상기 집광렌즈부(42)에 결합되어 입수된 영상을 빔스플리터(48a)를 통해 복수개로 분할하는 분할부(48); 및상기 분할부(48)의 일측에 하나 이상 결합되되 적어도 하나는 편광필터(56)가 장착된 서브렌즈부(50a, 50b); 로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 바닥 검사용 복합렌즈.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 서브렌즈부(50a, 50b)의 일단부에는 CCD카메라(54, 55)가 체결될 수 있도록 나사산(54a, 55a)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 바닥 검사용 복합렌즈.
