Claims (3)
- 고무성분, 산화아연, 점토, 가류제, 난연제 등으로 이루어진 고무타일 조성물에 있어서, 내담배불성 및 우수한 난연성을 부여하기 위하여 클로로폴리에틸렌 및 수활석을 1:2∼10의 함량비로 사용한 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무타일 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 부타디엔고무 75∼90 중량부 및 강도보강제인 하이스티렌고무 15∼25 중량부로 이루어진 고무성분 100 중량부에 대하여, 난연제인 클로로폴리에틸렌 5∼10 중량부, 산화아연 5∼10중량부, 강고점토(Hard Clay) 100∼120 중량부, 왁스 1∼3 중량부, 노방제 3∼5 중량부, 난연보조제인 삼산화안티몬 1∼3 중량부, 가류제 및 가류조제 5∼10 중량부 및 무기난연제인 수활석(Brucite) 20∼50 중량부를 혼합한 특징으로 하는 고무타일 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 부타디엔고무로 아크릴로 니트릴 부타디엔고무, 스티렌 부타디엔고무 및 이들의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무타일 조성물.
