Abstract

PURPOSE: Structure of a gas mixing tube of a gas oven is provided to compact the structure of a gas oven, to simplify the path for supplying gas, and to make internal components including a nozzle arranged easily. CONSTITUTION: A mixing tube assembly(20) is composed of an upper plate and a lower plate attached to the upper plate. Plural tube parts(28a,28b,28c,28d) are formed to be connected with burners(10a,10b,10c,10d) at respective inlets(26) connected with a nozzle. The tube parts are formed by recessively forming specific portions which are corresponding to the paths from the inlets to the burners of the upper plate and the lower plate.
