Claims (5)
- 외부공기를 흡입하여 가열하고, 이 가열된 외부공기를 건조타워(21)(22)로 주입하여 건조타워(21)(22)의 내부를 가열하는 제1단계(S1)와;상기 제1단계(S1)의 가열에 의해 건조타워(21)(22)의 내부의 수분이 증발되고, 이 증발된 수분을 외부로 배출하는 제2단계(S2)와;상기 제2단계(S2)의 수분배출이 끝난 후에 냉각된 내부공기를 순환하여 가열된 건조타워(21)(22)에 냉각시키는 제3단계(S3)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외기 흡입 재생식 흡착 공기건조기의 재생방법.
- 건조재가 충진되는 한 쌍의 건조타워(21)(22)가 구비되고, 상기 건조타워(21)(22)의 하부측에 압축공기유입관(15)이 구비되며, 그 상부측에 건조된 압축공기가 배출되는 건조공기배출관(41)이 구비되어 건조타워(21)(22)의 연속적인 교번에 의해 압축공기를 건조시키는 흡착식 공기건조기(1)에 있어서;상기 건조타워(21)(22)와 압축공기유입관(15)의 사이에 구비되고, 그 일측에는 외기배출관(311)이 구비되며, 그 타측에는 압축공기유입관(15)이 구비되어 상기 건조타워(21)(22)에 상기 압축공기유입관(15)과 외기배출관(311)을 교번하여 연결하는 제1전환밸브(31)와;상기 외기배출관(311)의 타단부에 구비되고, 그 일측에는 외기배출관(311)이 연결되며, 그 타측에는 외기흡입관(321)이 구비되어 상기 외기배출관(311)과 외기흡입관(321)을 교번하여 연결하는 제2전환밸브(32)와;상기 제2전환밸브(32)의 일측에 상기 외기배출관(311)과 대응되도록 관으로 연결되는 냉각기(33)와;상기 냉각기(33)에 관으로 연결되고, 그 타단부가 상기 건조타워(21)(22)의 상부측의 상기 건조공기배출관(41)에 관으로 연결되는 히터(34)와;상기 제2전환밸브(32)와 히터(34)의 사이에 구비되는 송풍기(35)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외기 흡입 재생식 흡착 공기건조기의 재생장치.
- 제2항에 있어서 상기 제1전환밸브(31)는,그 하부측의 상기 외기배출관(311)의 사이에 압력저하관(312)이 구비되어 건조타워(21)(22)의 압력이 서서히 떨어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외기 흡입 재생식 흡착 공기건조기의 재생장치.
- 제2항에 있어서 상기 냉각기(33)는,그 일측의 관에 응축수분리기(331)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외기 흡입 재생식 흡착 공기건조기의 재생장치.
- 제2항에 있어서;상기 히터(34)와 건조타워(21)(22)를 연결하는 관에 제1개폐밸브(36)가 구비되고, 상기 제1개폐밸브(36)와 상기 건조타워(21)(22)의 사이의 관과 상기 건조공기배출관(41)의 사이에 제2개폐밸브(37)가 구비되는 관이 연결되며, 상기 외기배출관(311)에 제3개폐밸브(38)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외기 흡입 재생식 흡착 공기건조기의 재생장치.
