Claims (8)
- 하단부에 침전물회수밸브(22)가 설치된 반응조(20) 내부를 원추형 메디아지지망(61)(63)에 의해 상하 복층으로 구획하여 복수의 반응실(28a)(28b)(28c)을 형성하고, 각 반응실(28a)(28b)(28c) 내의 메디아지지망(61)(63) 위에 부착미생물 메디아(62)(64)를 설치하며, 측면배수구멍(51)이 형성된 연결관(50)을 상기 원추형 메디아지지망(61)(63)의 중심을 관통하여 최하단의 반응실(28a)로부터 최상단의 반응실(28c)로 이어지도록 설치하고, 상기 연결관(50)을 통해 각 반응실(28a)(28b)(28c)로의 유입량을 조절하기 위한 유량조절밸브(54)(56)를 그 연결관(50)의 중간 중간에 설치하며, 각각의 반응실(28a)(28b)로 폐수와 에어를 공급하기 위한 폐수공급관(33)와 에어공급관(43)을 각 반응실(28a)(28b)로 분기하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 무독성메디아를 이용한 오폐수와 축산폐수 및 분뇨처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응조(20)의 수면을 일정하게 유지하기 위한 오버플로밸브(24)가 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 무독성메디아를 이용한 오폐수와 축산폐수 및 분뇨처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폐수공급관(33)에는 각 반응실(28a)(28b)로 이어지는 유로를 각각 독립적으로 개폐하기 위한 폐수개폐밸브(31)(32)가 추가로 설치된것을 특징으로 하는 무독성메디아를 이용한 오폐수와 축산폐수 및 분뇨처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 에어공급관(43)에는 각 반응실(28a)(28b)로 이어지는 유로를 각각 독립적으로 개폐하기 위한 에어개폐밸브(41)(42)가 추가로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 무독성메디아를 이용한 오폐수와 축산폐수 및 분뇨처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폐수공급관(33)을 통한 모든 폐수공급로를 차단하거나 개방하기 위한 폐수메인밸브(30)가 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 무독성메디아를 이용한 오폐수와 축산폐수 및 분뇨처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 에어공급관(43)을 통한 모든 에어공급로를 차단하거나 개방하기 위한 에어메인밸브(40)가 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 무독성메디아를 이용한 오폐수와 축산폐수 및 분뇨처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응조(20)를 복수로 연결하고, 그 중간 중간에 액비생산용 밸브(V1)(V2)(V3)(V4)(V5)(V6)(V7)와 액비저장탱크(80)(81)를 두어 서로 다른 농도의 액비를 뽑아내도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 무독성메디아를 이용한 오폐수와 축산폐수 및 분뇨처리장치.
