본 발명은 선박의 선저하부에 개구부가 있는 셔틀 탱크류에 있어서, 선저개구부의 밀폐장치에 관한 것으로 선저 개구부를 효과적으로 밀폐시켜 선박의 속도저감을 줄이는 것이 목적으로 서브머지드 터릿 언로딩(Submerged Turret Unloading)을 쓰는 셔틀 탱크류(Shuttle Tanker)에 있어, 외각에 선체(10)와 스크린장치(90)를 체결하는 패스닝(40)이 장착되어 있는 제1링(50)이 형성되어 있고, 중심에는 접힘구조로 인장과 압축작용을 하는 텐셔너(70)로 상기 제1링(50)과 연결된 제2링(60)이 형성되고, 상기 제1링(50) 및 제2링(60)의 사이에는 주름식의 멤브레인(80)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
