PURPOSE: An LCD module assembling structure of an LCD device is provided to reinforce an LCD panel as a reinforcing structure, and to cover the reinforced LCD panel with a mold frame, then to firmly fix the mold frame to a cover plate protruded end of a notebook PC, thereby maintaining an assembled state of the LCD panel for a long time although a strong impact is applied from the outside. CONSTITUTION: An LCD module comprises as follows. A reinforcing frame(11) reinforces and supports an LCD panel(5). A plurality of reinforcing nuts(12) are inserted into the reinforcing frame(11). A mold structure(10) covers the LCD panel(5) and the reinforcing frame(11). The LCD module is fixed to a protruded end(7) of a cover plate(2) by plural fixing bolts(13). A plurality of punching holes(11a) are formed on sides of the reinforcing frame(11), so that the reinforcing nuts(12) are inserted into the punching holes(11a).
