Abstract
Disclosed is a corrugated steel cavity tool in which a hollow tool through which various cables and pipes pass is constructed of a corrugated steel sheet. The corrugated steel sheet structure of the corrugated steel sheet cavity is made by assembling a steel sheet having a corrugated steel sheet. The support zone is disposed along the longitudinal direction of the corrugated steel sheet structure, each of which is installed in an upright state on the inner bottom of the corrugated steel sheet structure. The tubular body is fixed to the upper surface of the corrugated steel sheet structure, and the upper part of each support is slidably inserted. And a number of shelves are fixed horizontally on the sides of each of the supports. Since the corrugated steel sheet is completed by assembling the steel sheet, the construction work is easy and the construction period is shortened, and the support zone is protected from the deformation even when the corrugated steel sheet structure is deformed because the support zone flows in the tube.

It is defined in paragraph, and what is installed by the road management office in Article 1-3 of the Road Act Enforcement Decree is defined as an accessory to the road.
One example generally used as such a cavity is shown in FIG. 1.
This cavity 10 is completed by digging the ground in the basement of the road to form a form, and filling the concrete 20 thereon to harden. Inside the cavity port 10, a compartment is divided as a panel, and various cables and piping are installed.
However, such a concrete cavity has a disadvantage in that the work is cumbersome because the filling of the concrete 20 after forming the formwork, the time required to cure the concrete 20, the construction period is long.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the corrugated steel sheet as described above.
Figure 2 is a front sectional view of the cavity sphere according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 3 is a side view of the cavity sphere shown in Figure 2, Figure 4 is a side cross-sectional view of the cavity sphere shown in FIG.
As shown in this figure, the hollow sphere of the present embodiment, the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 is assembled and assembled with each other to form a cylindrical shape 104 and a plurality of steel sheets 102 having a constant curvature; A plurality of bases 110 are installed along the longitudinal direction of the corrugated steel sheet structure 100, each of which is fixed to an inner bottom surface of the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 to maintain an upright state; A plurality of tubular bodies 130 fixed to the upper surface of the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 and having an upper portion of each support zone 110 slidably inserted therein; And a plurality of shelves 120 horizontally fixed from the respective support zones 110. The support zones 110 are each provided with two or more at regular intervals in a horizontal direction of the corrugated steel sheet structure 100. Each of the two or more supporting zones 110 is maintained at a constant interval by one or more auxiliary supports 112. Further, a side of the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 has a supporting plate 160 for supporting each shelf 120. It is fixed, and each support plate 160 is provided with a roller 170 to allow the free flow of each shelf (120).
Each steel sheet 102 is connected to each other by bolts 140. Plates 114 are fixed to the bottom surface of each support zone 110 and the upper surface of each tube body 130, and each plate 114 is fixed to the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 by bolts 140. When the plate 114 is formed to match the waveform 104 of the steel plate 102, the bonding state becomes more robust.
In addition, each support zone 110 is provided with a lamp 180 for illuminating the interior of the corrugated steel sheet structure 100, each lamp 180 is supplied with power.
Hereinafter, the operation of the cavity sphere having the configuration as described above.
A waveform 104 is formed, and each steel sheet 102 bent with a constant curvature is assembled into a cylinder using the bolt 140. Then, the plate 114 is fixed to the bottom of each support zone 110 and the upper surface of each tube body 130 by welding, and each plate 114 is a bolt 140 on the bottom and the upper surface of the corrugated steel sheet structure 100, respectively. To be fixed.
Therefore, the support zone 110 is in an upright state, and the interval between the support zones 110 is maintained by the auxiliary support 112 installed between the respective support zones 110. And the upper end of the support zone 110 is inserted into the tube body (130).
Each shelf 120 installed in each support zone 110 is provided with various cables 150 or pipes 152. The worker may pass through each support zone 110 and perform repair work on the cable 150 or the pipe 152, and the lamp 180 illuminates the corrugated steel sheet structure 100.
Since the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 has a considerable shape strength because of the structural shape in which the corrugated 104 is formed and has a cylindrical shape, the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 can beat the weight of soil covered thereon.
Meanwhile, when the shape of the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 is deformed, the upper end of each support zone 110 flows in each tube body 130, and each shelf 120 is installed on each support plate 160. Since it flows in, the support zone 110 is not deformed in its shape.
If the load covering the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 is too large and the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 is pressed, the tubular body 130 fixed to the upper corrugated steel sheet structure 100 is in contact with the lower support zone 110. It is secondarily supported again. Therefore, the cable 150 or the pipe 152 in the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 is safely protected.
5 is a front sectional view of a cavity according to another embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the plate 114 is fixed to the end of each shelf 120, each plate 114 is fastened to the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 by a bolt 140. By such a configuration, each shelf 120 fixed to each support zone 110 is also supported by the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 so that the assembled state is firm.
Other configurations and operations are the same as those of the above-described embodiment.
As described above, the present invention, since the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 is completed by assembling the steel sheet 102, the construction work is easy and the construction period is shortened. In addition, when the shape of the corrugated steel sheet structure 100 is deformed, the upper end of each support zone 110 flows in each of the tubular body 130, and each shelf 120 is installed on each support plate 160, each roller 170 Since it flows in, the support zone 110 has the effect that the deformation does not occur in the shape. Although the present invention has been described above as an embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, the claims Various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains without departing from the spirit of the invention as claimed in the claims.
