Claims (2)
- 멤브레인 필터(3)를 통화하지 못한 퇴수를 배출하는 드레인관(A)을 통하여 배출되는 퇴수량을 조절하는 솔레노이드 밸브와 유량조절기구를 구비한 정수기의 퇴수장치에 있어서,상기 솔레노이드 밸브(30)는 전자기 코일(31)과, 평상시에는 고무패킹(34)이 선단에 구비된 플런저(33)를 하방향으로 밀어내는 상태로 체결되는 스프링(32)과, 다이어프램(36)과, 상기 다이어프램을 보호하는 지지체(35)와, 상기 지지체의 중앙부에 형성된 유공(37)을 차단하는 고무패킹(34)으로 이루어지며,상기 솔레노이드 밸브(30)의 하부에 형성되는 상기 유량조절기구(40)는, 유입되는 퇴수의 압력에 따라 승강 가능한 피스톤(43)을 구비한 가동부재(46)와, 상기 가동부재(46)를 가압하는 조정스프링(44)과, 그 하부에 체결되는 하부 캡(47)으로 구성되어서 이루어져,상기 드레인관(A)에 비정상적인 고압이 형성되는 경우 상기 가동부재(46)가 하방으로 이동됨으로써, 상기 가동부재(46)의 패킹(42)에 형성된 통수공(41) 이외에 상기 패킹(42) 선단부와 격벽(50) 사이에 추가적인 유로(39b)가 형성될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정수기의 수압 연동식 자동 퇴수장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하부 캡(47)의 내측부에는 가이드 벽(48)이 형성되어, 상기 가동부재(46)의 후단부(45)가 상기 가이드 벽(48)에 의하여 승강이 안내되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정수기의 수압 연동식 자동 퇴수장치.
