Claims (3)
- 비디오 데이터 스트리밍 서비스를 단말기로 무선망의 네트웍을 통해 제공하는 서버를 구비한 비디오 데이터 스트리밍 서비스 시스템에 있어서,상기 서버에서 상기 단말기의 비디오 데이터 스트리밍 서비스 요청에 따라 상기 비디오 데이터 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하는 제 1 단계;상기 네트웍의 데이터 전송 속도가 하락하는 경우 상기 단말기의 큐잉 버퍼를 조사하여 버퍼에 남은 데이터의 양을 상기 서버로 보고하는 제 2 단계;상기 단말기로부터 오는 큐잉 버퍼 관련 정보를 수신하여 이를 분석함으로 상기 네트웍의 데이터 전송 속도가 하락하는지 여부를 판단하는 제 3 단계;상기 네트웍의 데이터 전송 속도 하락에 따라 보고되는 데이터 양에 대응하여 비트 레이트를 하향 조정해서 상기 서버에서 상기 단말기로 비디오 데이터 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하는 제 4 단계;상기 네트웍의 데이터 전송 속도가 상승하는지 여부를 판단하는 제 5 단계;상기 네트웍의 데이터 전송 속도 상승에 따라 보고되는 데이터 양에 대응하여 비트 레이트를 상향조정해서 상기 서버에서 상기 단말기로 상기 비디오 데이터 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하는 제 6 단계를 포함하는 비디오 데이터 스트리밍 서비스 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼 조사는 일정 주기마다 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 데이터 스트리밍 서비스 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 데이터의 양은 일정 시간 간격 단위로 측정되어 상기 서버로 보고되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 데이터 스트리밍 서비스 방법.
