본 발명은 엘리베이터의 핸드레일 제조방법 및 그 핸드레일에 관한 것으로, 알루미늄 강재를 고온으로 가열한 상태로 고온의 금형으로 통과시켜 몸체를 성형하는 성형단계와, 성형된 상기 몸체의 선단부를 각각 40∼150R 정도로 밴딩하는 밴딩단계, 밴딩된 상기 몸체의 선단부 내측면을 각각 밀링을 통해 평면으로 절삭하는 절삭단계, 상기 절삭가공을 거친 몸체의 표면전체를 사포로 마름질 한 후 연마재를 뿌려서 연마기를 통해 연마하는 연마단계 및, 연마된 상기 몸체를 에노다이징처리하는 표면처리단계를 포함하고, 몸체에 대해 고정부재가 슬라이드 이동하도록 제작되어, 엘리베이터의 내부를 장식하는 장식재로서 활용할 수 있으며, 엘리베이터에 위치에 무관하게 설치할 수 있으므로 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a handrail of an elevator and a handrail thereof, wherein a molding step of forming a body by passing an aluminum steel material in a state of being heated to a high temperature through a high temperature mold, and 40 to 40 parts of the molded body, respectively.
