제공(諸貢)과 첨차(遮)로 구성되는 고전한옥의 공포(控包)에 있어서 제공에 첨차를 연결성형하는 방법으로서, 제공본체(1)의 철근삽입공(3)이 형성된 첨차연결부(2)마다에 첨차 성형용 금형(5)장착용 너트공(4)을 다수개 형성한 후, 플랜지(7)에 다수의 결합공(8)(8')이 형성된 한쌍으로된 첨차(11) 성형용 반쪽 금형(5a)(5b)을 대칭되게 맞대고 양쪽 금형의 일치되는 결합공(8)(8')에 볼트(9)를 체결하여 금형(5)을 완성 후, 상기 완성된 금형(5)을 상기 제공본체(1)의 첨차연결부(2)에 첨차연결방향으로 맞대고 금형(5)의 플랜지에 형성된 결합공(6)과 제공 본체(1)에 형성된 너트공(4)을 일치시켜 볼트(10)로 고정한 다음 상기 제공본체(1)의 철근삽입공(3)을 통하여 철근을 금형(5)내로 미리 돌출된 철근과 함께 콘크리트를 타설하여 경화시킨 후 볼트(9)(10)를 풀어서 금형(5)의 반쪽 금형(5a)(5b)을 해체하면 제공에 첨차의 연결성형을 완료하게 된다.Offer and subtraction ( A method of connecting and forming a superficial tip in the promulgation of a classic hanok composed of i), comprising: a die for each superficial connection part 2 in which the reinforcing hole 3 of the main body 1 is formed. 본 발명은 고전한옥용 공포(控包)를 구성하는 제공(諸貢)본체(1)의 첨차연결부(2)마다에 다수개의 철근삽입공(3)이 형성되고 그 삽입공의 주변에 다수개의 금형 장착용 너트공(4)이 형성되도록 원하는 모형의 제공본체(1)를 성형한 다음, 원하는 첨차모형의 한쌍의 반쪽 금형(5a)(5b)을 대칭되게 맞대고 그 반쪽 금형(5a)(5b)들의 플랜지(7)(7')에 서로 일치되게 형성된 결합공(8)(8')에 볼트(9)를 체결하여 첨차 성형용 금형(5)을 완성한 후, 그 완성된 첨차 성형용 금형(5)을 상기 제공본체(1)의 첨차연결부(2)에 첨차연결방향으로 맞대고 제공본체(1)에 형성된 너트공(4)과 첨차 성형용 금형(5) 플랜지에 형성된 결합공(6)을 일치시켜 볼트(10)로 체결고정한 상태에서 첨차 성형용 금형(5)내에 상기 제공본체(1)의 철근삽입공(3)을 통하여 미리 삽입된 철근과 함께 콘크리트를 타설하여 경화시킨 다음 볼트(9)(10)를 해체하여 첨차 성형용 금형(5)의 반쪽 금형(5a)(5b)을 분리시키므로써 제공본체(1)에 첨차의 연결성형을 완료하는 것이다.According to the present invention, a plurality of reinforcement insertion holes 3 are formed in each of the cubic connection portions 2 of the main body 1, which constitutes a traditional hanok scare, and a plurality of molds around the insertion hole.
