Abstract

PURPOSE: A diffuser block having lifting device is provided to check the diffuser block by lifting the diffuser block consisted of a plurality of membrane diffusers during operation of the diffuser block. CONSTITUTION: In a diffuser block(10) comprising a horizontal block pipe(12) in which a plurality of membrane diffusers(11) are installed in such a way that they are communicated with each other, and a vertical block pipe(13) vertically installed in front of the horizontal block pipe to inject micro-bubbles into an aeration basin using air supplied from the outside, the diffuser block having lifting device comprises a guide post(30) comprising an H beam integrally formed of front blade and rear blade to simultaneously support the diffuser block and vertically slidingly guide the diffuser block with the guide post being fixed to the inner wall of the aeration basin; a plurality of guide plates(34) installed at the vertical block pipe and slid along the front blade of the guide post so that the diffuser block is vertically slid along the guide post; a lifting means(50) installed on an upper part of the guide post and consisted of driving motor, driving pulley and a plurality of rotation rollers to coil a wire connected to the diffuser block; a rotation means(70) formed on the guide post and consisted of a supporting cylinder and a rotation cylinder rotationally inserted into the supporting cylinder to rotate the diffuser block lifted; and a flexible pipe removably connected to an upper part of the vertical block pipe of the diffuser block to supply an external air into the vertical block pipe.
