Claims (9)
- 셀룰로오즈 또는 리그닌을 함유하는 고형 물질에 증식된 파네로카에테 속(Phanerochaetesp.) 목재부후균과 트라이코스포론 루비에리(Trichosporon loubieri) 토양 서식 효모를 포함하는 토양 정화용 조성물.

- 셀룰로오즈 또는 리그닌을 함유하는 고형 물질에 목재부후균을 접종하여 증식시키고;한천 배지 또는 모래에 트라이코스포론 속(Trichosporonsp.)의 토양 서식 효모를 접종하여 증식시키고; 그리고목재부후균이 증식된 고형 물질과 트라이코스포론 속의 토양 서식 효모가 증식된 한천 배지 또는 모래를 1:0.1∼1의 부피비로 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 토양 정화용 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 셀룰로오즈 또는 리그닌을 함유하는 고형 물질이 폐목재, 톱밥, 폐지, 폐포장재, 밀짚 및 옥수수대의 적어도 하나인 조성물.
- 제 5 항의 조성물을 오염된 토양에 살포하거나 토양 중에 시공된 관정(well) 내에 채워 넣는 단계를 포함하는 토양 정화 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 오염 물질이 염소계 유기 화합물, 유기 인 화합물, 농약류(살충제, 제초제, 살균제), 유류, BTEX(Benzene, Ethylbenzene, Toluene, Xylene) 또는 PAHs(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 수직 방향 또는 수평 방향으로 시공된 관정(well) 내에 상기 조성물을 채우고, 공기 또는 순산소(100 % O2), 및 영양소를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
