Description
The present invention relates to an auxiliary cooling device for a vehicle using a cold storage device, and more particularly, by supplying cool air accumulated when the air conditioning device is in operation to the vehicle compartment when the air conditioning device is not running, thereby driving the engine or the air conditioner. The present invention relates to an auxiliary cooling device for a vehicle using a cold storage device capable of cooling an interior of a vehicle regardless of the operating state of the vehicle.
In general, a vehicle is equipped with various convenience facilities for a driver and a passenger to travel in a comfortable environment.
Among these facilities, the air conditioning structure that provides cold air in the summer includes a compressor that is selectively rotated by the engine and the belt when the engine is driven, a condenser that liquefies the refrigerant at a high temperature and high pressure by a forced cooling method, and a liquid refrigerant. The expansion valve is made of a low pressure fog to expand and the evaporator to absorb heat from the outside through the expanded refrigerant.
The air conditioning structure configured as described above has a cooling effect by absorbing heat from the outside air supplied to the room while continuously circulating the compressor → condenser → expansion valve → evaporator → compressor.
However, in the conventional air conditioning structure, since a compressor that is compressed to high temperature and high pressure in order to circulate the refrigerant is connected to the engine and driven, the operation switch must be operated after starting the engine in order to use the air conditioner. In the non-hung state, the cooling effect cannot be obtained and improvement is required.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above, the present invention is to accumulate cold air by using the flow of the refrigerant generated by the operation of the air conditioning device including a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator and the like and operating module SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an auxiliary cooling device including a cold storage device capable of supplying accumulated cold air to a vehicle interior.
Auxiliary cooling device for a vehicle using the storage device of the present invention for achieving the above object is a body for introducing the outside air by the drive of the cooling fan and discharge the cooled air into the interior of the vehicle through the duct, the inside of the body And an ice pack configured to perform heat exchange with the refrigerant flowing in the air conditioner and the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant line.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, the configuration and effect of the present invention will be described.
2 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of the cold storage air conditioner according to the present invention, 10 is a duct which is installed in a conventional air conditioning structure to supply cold air or outside air to the room.
According to the present invention, the cooler 20 is installed in the duct 10 to obtain a cool storage effect by circulating refrigerant that is normally generated when the air conditioner module is selected, and even when the engine is not started using the cool storage effect. The effect is to achieve.
In order to realize this, the present invention is equipped with a cold storage unit 20 having a cold storage effect in the engine room or trunk room of the vehicle body, the cold air at the time of the engine unstarted by the air conditioning operation module not shown It is configured to provide.
Here, the storage cooler 20, as shown in the accompanying drawings, will include a body 21 that provides a space for allowing the outside air and cold air to cause heat exchange.
The body 21 is empty inside, and the inner side is to increase the heat insulation effect, such as a heat insulating material, both sides are formed with an inlet 22 and an outlet 23 for the inflow of outside air and the discharge of cold air, respectively.
In particular, the outlet 23 is equipped with a drive fan 24 to facilitate the introduction of the heat exchanged in the body 21 into the room through the duct 10.
The air conditioner refrigerant line 25 is piped inside the body 21 formed as described above, and accumulates cold air in the cooler 20 through the air conditioner coolant line 25, and then stores the cooler 20 when the engine is not started. The cooling effect is obtained.
Here, the air conditioner refrigerant line 25 provides a refrigerant in a state of low temperature and low pressure (which absorbs ambient heat while entering the evaporator through a conventional expansion valve) through which heat exchange is actively performed. When a normal air conditioning apparatus is driven, it is obtained by piping the refrigerant to pass through this air conditioner refrigerant line 25.
In addition, the inside of the body 21 is filled with an ice pack 26 that can be cooled by heat exchange with the refrigerant, so that the ice pack 26 is filled around when the refrigerant flows into the air conditioner refrigerant line 25 The heat is lost to the refrigerant.
As such, when the driving fan 24 is operated by operating an air conditioning operation module (not shown) in the state where the ice pack 26 is cooled, the outside air flows into the body 21 through the inlet 22. After entering the ice pack 26, it is changed into cold air. The cold air is then discharged through the outlet 23, and then supplied into the vehicle cabin via the duct.
Therefore, the auxiliary cooling device using the axial cooler provided in the present invention can accumulate cold air when the air conditioner is in operation, and operate separately when the engine is not driven or when the air conditioner is not in operation, thereby cooling the interior of the vehicle.
As described above, the present invention accumulates cold air by using a flow of refrigerant generated by the operation of an air conditioning device of a vehicle including a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator, and stores the cold air accumulated by the control of an operation module. By providing an auxiliary cooling device including a refrigerating machine that can be supplied to the furnace, the following effects are obtained.
1) Even if the engine is turned off, the cooling effect can be achieved by using the stored cooler.
2) In the case of boarding a car after a long time parking, the air conditioner can be directly cooled for a long time without driving the air conditioner to reduce energy consumption.
